Service that we had was a 5. Our server was awesome even when it was busy.Food was good, we had the crab and shrimp dip was a 5, i had my usual chicken traditional chicken tenders with smash potatoes ( 5) and my husband had thechicken and rib combo (4). The star was our server!

Came here for happy hour and the food was decent but again nothing I'd pay full price for. The chicken & ribs combo surprisingly was the best part but the coleslaw is absolutely bland it's better off not included. The French fries tasted stale but the stuffed shrooms were yummy as always. The Thai wings were good too but not as saucy as I'd like them. The happy hour mojito was down right gross for but $6 I didn't want to order something else. Service was fine, the waitress was nice just a bit slow which ironically matched the pace of the restaurant but I don't think I've seen Houlihans busy on any days besides maybe the weekends. Overall I am sure I will go again if I get another coupon because this restaurant chain still has one of the best desserts I've ever had (shout out the chocolate cappuccino cake) but the food will forever be just okay in my book.

The Bad One
It's a tired theme restaurant, a refresh would be nice, but the staff was very friendly and attentive during my visit.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid's during my visit, but they should have encouraged the families to be seated away from non family guests.
