I've been to this location a few times. I've always got the ice cream and last night decided to get a milkshake. I must say the milkshake was terrible ---- it tastes like an icy rather than a thick strawberry milkshake or vanilla milkshake. I was so disappointed $12 bucks just wasted. Please teach the young kids working there how to make a milkshake --- you do not use ice.

BEST VALUE. Stopped by here to get some ice cream after tennis practice. This is a window pickup or Drive thru Only. Ordered 2 x 2 scoops with all different flavors. Great quality. And very friendly young staffs. The total came out to be $9.50+/-. For 4 scoops, $9+ ??? What an amazing value! In Jersey City, it's $7 a scoop at some places. Instantly, Magic Fountain became my daughter's and my go-to Ice cream place!! Keep up the great business!

Before I give my review I want to bring up a big problem with the way MF is set up. The drive thru is in a very dangerous place. The MF is on the corner. It has 2 service windows. On the left of the building is a drive thru. If the line is long which is always the case because their icecream is very good, you run the risk of getting hit by a car 2 ways. Both on Broadway. The drive thru is right where the left service window is. If you buy something and want to go sit at the picnic tables, a child can run right infront of the car coming through the drive thru. It doesn't stop there. The lines are long and again the cars turning right onto Broadway ( hopefully their isn't a person or kid not paying attention. I like MF. Those people work very hard. Their icecream is very good but some don't know what to charge. 2 adults and 2 kids= 25$ easily. Please do something about the drive thru. I mention this because people in their cars might not see a kid darting to go sit in the area to eat their icecream. Please keep a good lookout for their safety. Kids don't know any better. The adults are talking and not looking around. Most people are either looking at the menu or paying for their purchases. As for the staff, they are very friendly. They do a very good job. Plus you have people ordering up their own concoctions. Please watch your children. Please blow your horn before you exit the driv thru. Enjoy yourselves but, pay attention.

Cutest ice cream parlor in Bayonne! Drive thru is pretty fast service but window works great too. The place has benches outside if you prefer to sit and indulge! Hubs enjoys the oreo hurricane which is like a Micky Ds mcflurry but elevated and I usually enjoy the rocky road! Def a must try!
I came in tonight got 2 blend ins. One I asked for twist with pineapples strawberries and bananas. There was literally 2 small pieces of banana, the strawberries were frozen and overloaded with pineapple. The other I requested twist with extra wet walnuts extra bananas and extra cherries all I got was some wet walnuts and one piece of banana!! How do you charge someone full price for what your not giving? Smh and the crazy part is the girl repeated the order back to me when I asked for the extra stuff!!!! Thank you so much!

Such a summer staple in town. Friendly staff and delicious ice cream. The only thing is I wish they said what toppings they have somewhere on their menu. Overall a great place and hope they never shut down.
