On December 29th right around 11:15 p.m. I placed a online order to pick up. I ended up eating it in the store and I decided to order more. I NEEDED to use the restroom before I placed the second order. So I asked the assistant manager on duty to unlock the restroom. I'm sorry it's locked. I said yeah really???? He just nodded and said yeah. If he's unwilling to unlock it to let me use it I'm unwilling to patronize this location. Clearly posted there's signs on the restroom door telling you that it's for paying customers only and you have to ask them to unlock it. I'm a paying customer that's been going to this location since 1970s and I asked them to unlock it but they refuse to do it. If you don't let me take a piss in your restroom and I'm paying money for s***** food that pays for your salary I'm not eating there anymore. This is why there's so much human feces in the parking lot. It's not my fault the place is basically now a homeless shelter. That's the store's problem. If you're paying customer you need to use the restroom you should be able to use the restroom.
I used to come here often but after noticing how expensive Mc Donald's has become - I no longer eat there. I miss the snack wraps but other than that - I am completely fine not buying their food. Cashiers are all very friendly at this location.

Did a curbside pickup, got the wrong items. Also had to wait a pretty long time.

The manager on nights is NOT helpful. The front register person has to do everything and I would think the manager would want to get orders out since they were busy, but no. Not good customer service by him. The front reg. person was trying very hard to get orders out on his own.

The employees here are very slow... maybe they are understaffed. But it take them forever before you get your food. Waited 15 minutes for a cheeseburger.

It was bad before the remodel and it seemed to get worse. The mcnuggets and fries are the only decent item. Rude staff and the people that go here are just as bad. Do not waste money here. Food is not worth the money. The car exit/ entrances are the worst design and should be changed before an accident happens.

I understand delays happen sometimes, but the lack of transparency and the overall timing really let me down. Hopefully, this is just an isolated issue, but I won’t be ordering again until I see improvements in the service.
