I went and got breakfast today and I asked the Hispanic lady on the second window for a sweet and sour and she said that they only giving breakfast sauce not lunch sauce but they did change the morning coffee for an afternoon sprite and 30 minutes before I got breakfast from the McDonald's in communipaw and they gave me 2 sweet and sour they never smile or greet the customers

I order some food in Uber Eats and idk if someone was mad or something but all I wanted was my large mocha frappe that I order and instead they sent me a large cup of hot milk like bro you should it ask me if I wanted something else not do whatever you guys wanted with it…so unprofessional.

Very disappointed with my visit today. I went through the drive-thru around 5:43 PM on Friday, October 10th. The employee at the second window — a Hispanic male o — was completely unprofessional. Not only was I handed the wrong size item, but when I politely pointed out the mistake, this person responded with unnecessary attitude, as if I was the one at fault.
This level of service is unacceptable. Either this employee needs to go back through basic training to relearn customer service or should no longer be in a position that interacts with guests. I expect better from McDonald’s — mistakes happen, but there’s no excuse for disrespect toward customers.

Not gonna lie, this place is pretty dang good. Idk what the other people in the review section had experienced, but it never happened to me. This place is delicious, has hot food, it’s clean, quiet, and the employees were chill. The waits usually didn’t take longer than 10 minutes and I could enjoy myself in the mean time. And I go here almost every week. It’s pretty to addicting. That Karen I saw when I first came here was pretty bad though, good job management.

***Worst Employee*** ***UnCooked Food*** ***Never gonna come here Again*** First Thing First The Employees are Not Professional at all, She’s Impatient and to identify her, she’s Is not wearing any Name Tag on Her. The Food was the worst experience, I ordered Deluxe McCrispy and the Chicken is not cooked at all, Tastes Gross. The Chicken Patty Flesh is Literally stretching like a Rubber, I’ve shown it to the employee and asked to call the manager to complain about all these But Still didn’t responding to me Properly. They’re Pretending like they Don’t Understand or Speak English.
C’mon This is not any Spanish or Italian Restaurant , This is a McDonalds in America, English Speaking Employees should be present at the Counter Right!!

The nastiest manager on site. Being a manager, you need to care for your employees AND customers. If you get a customers order wrong, your job is to rectify it since it’s paid for. Thinks very highly of herself. Nastiest person with the nastiest attitude.
