I’ve had the pupusas many times from here, and I’ve never had any issues with the food. Everything is always tasty. However, as for the service, it’s not the best and almost every time I try to call to make an order they NEVER pick up the phone. It has happened multiple times already, and when I show up to the store they’re not even busy. Whoever is in charge needs to look into this.

We always ordered delivery but we decided to go see the restaurant—the service is totally terrible!!! I recommend that you better order by phone!!!

I used to like getting pupusas here, but I reached a point where it’s not even worth it anymore. When I’ve gone in there in the past they have treated me like they were annoyed I was even there, so this last time I ordered on the phone. They wouldn’t take my order because I didn’t speak Spanish and I got my friend to help. When I got my food the delivery man was really nice, so he got a star. The pupusas were fine, the tamale was ok, and the tres leches cake had mold on it. I threw the cake away and the rest of the pupusas because I was so grossed out. I’m not ordering from here again.

The rice is very salty, and the service is very bad. The lady always has a face that makes it seem like I'm asking for the food for free. Some of them don't put cutlery because they only put it in factories and the coffee always arrives all in the bag.
