This is my go-to spot. Whether I order on Grubhub or I dine in. The food is always good and the drinks are on point. Daniela is amazing. She makes great drinks and she has such a great personality. Ricardo who is fairly new is also great. My friends and I dined there on his first day and he did a great job. I don't eat meat so I always get the veggie burrito/bowl without dairy. It's delicious!! I have bought friends there who have also enjoyed the food. Whether they get regular tacos, wings, burgers, etc.
Before I can even try the food, the Waitress/Hostess had an attitude. So it was very hard to modify my order cause she didn't have patience
Something changed. I used to order all the time. Now they are cheap with their portion sizes. I would get birria nachos all the time and now they barely put any birria. Last time I got it, I got food poisoning. They don’t clean their hands.
Overall the atmosphere has great vibes but the food portions weren’t as I expected I ordered carne asada tacos and it was more tortilla than carne asad but the I will confirm the steak was nicely seasoned plus the downside that I ordered it ahead of time (20 mins) but I still had wait additional time and since it wasn’t even ready
Never come to this place the food is disgusting and not mexican at all .
Amazing place ! Burris quesadillas are my favorite for sure ! Melanie serve us today, was really good, she give us recommendations for the food and the drinks. 100% recommended.
I come to place on a regular but today my food I order was just cold so I ask to heat it up and still came back out cold and my rice and beans are steaming hot but not my main course… what’s crazy people who work my fav Mexican spot where here at the bar having drinks and they said that why we don’t eat here only drinks. Didn’t even drink my drink. It was so water down not something I’m used to from that place order a seltzer with lime, and it was flat I don’t know if it’s who’s there on the days or what but that’s not what I’m accustomed to hopefully they’ll get it right over there
Everything was amazing from the service to the food to the drinks, the manager Daniela is wonderful and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great everything five stars

Great service! The staff was awesome. I ordered guacamole and chicken fajitas. The guacamole needed a little salt but was delicious once I added it. The chicken fajitas was a 10. I didn’t care for the rice and beans. The rice was overcooked and the beans were too watery with little flavor. They automatically added gratuity which seems to be the norm with some restaurants. Being a 20% + tipper, this detours me from returning; especially if I find out on the backend. I think businesses should showcase that somewhere on the wall so that customers won’t be surprised. You shortchanged your staff with me. Nice looking place. The bar stools were too high for me but the bar setting looks good.

Placed an order online from their website. I waited 50 minutes for my order (confirmed that it was out for delivery!) and then canceled when I was hangry without any notification or explanation. Never ordering from here again!

I have been waiting to try this spot, it’s cute , atmosphere is cool - has a nice looking vibe, but watch out, they MIGHT be homophobic. The place is called Mezcal, I LOVE mezcal tequila and I’m a local so I pass it a lot. Finally stopped in, ate before I came so I just wanted to drink. Partner order the tacos they were good! But when I asked to put Mezcal on my Sangria (the menu says pick ANY tequila) they told me they “don’t think they do that” . So the waitress went to check. They REFUSED to put mezcal in my sangria. I could’ve ordered it on the side as a double and put it in my wine, but it’s the freaking principal. lol like… I said I would pay extra and they still said no. Then I was Like “ok, I’m new here, I’ll just order regular sangria” so I got up to tell the waitress my drink order (she was really unaccommodating), THEN, The man behind the bar came from behind the bar to block my walking path, (after he made the decision not to put mezcal in my sangria) , and grabbed his “junk” while walking past me. As a gay woman (which is pretty obvious) I felt like he was saying “I own this place, and here’s my nuts, no mezcal for you”. It was weird. Didn’t like it. Grabbing your junk and blocking my path is so weird. Don’t recommend for the gays. Then they brought one cup for the sangria, even though 2 of us were drinking. THEN, the waitress REFUSED to wait on me. Weird energy. Don’t recommend. Nice price point though.

The birria nachos are delish!
Good happy hour drinks, very strong and tasty margaritas. Food is alright but a bit pricey for what you get. I would come back for the drinks and chill at the bar but it would not be my first choice to sit down to dine.
