The bartenders you have working there this evening are an absolute disappointment. Your establishment is such a nice ambient and as a first time customer I won't be back. The drinks are not being made properly your skimming liquor by not filing the ounce cup properly, an experienced bar tender can make a full drink without adding more and more soda to fill the cup, so basically what I'm drinking is water down liquor. She tastes the drink with the little straw and leaves it on the counter and continues to make drinks while everything is touching that straw she put in her mouth. I don't even want to get started on her personality. You think you walk in and want to feel welcomed not be greeted by a bartender that looks like she's annoyed and obnoxious. I was wondering why such a nice place was empty at the bar on a Saturday night. Now I see why. Please do better. I will also be posting this on other social medias to give a head up to other paying customers.

The warmth of the food has dropped a lot and the price is very high for the amount they give you. Look at the photo and you will see I paid 17 dollars for this. I do not recommend

I came here during happy hour. I got a humongous margarita for $10. Everything I ordered was fresh and delicious. The wait staff were attentive and friendly. The place is nice and it's good for a big group.

The food is always good in my opinion but the service from the new employees is horrible! I came here for 3 years with no issues until recently. I thought I was gonna have a nice date night out with my fiancé so we order our usual food and drinks. We ordered a Mango Daiquiri like we always do and notice this drink looked different than what we usually get. It was a small shot that cost $13. There was some new guy that had made the drink so when I asked what drink was given to us they seemed bothered that I even asked the question and he gave us an attitude saying he did the right measurements for whatever drink (shot) that was given. Now I’ve been ordering this drink everytime I go there and the same two nice ladies make It and it never looked like that. It didn’t even have mango flavoring which is the whole point on why we order it frequently! The guy who made the drink continually gave an attitude and made us pay for a drink that we clearly did not want nor ordered. He called his manager otp and talked in Spanish as if I didn’t understand how disrespectful he was being complaining and had the audacity to say we don’t understand Spanish knowing he was being nasty over the phone with his manger about us! They steal money and talk nasty. The new guy at the bar dose not know good customer service and needs to fix his attitude. I will not be coming here no more just off horrible customer service!
