Horrible service. Always send the wrong items & then act like the victim, then change the price to replace the order and ask for the wrong order back, like you ate it, when they put the wrong things you don't eat. Hopefully they don't resell it. This is the last time ordering there. They have to do better. Is not about the $ is about you being allergic to something and specifically tell them numerous of times.

Poor service and food quality?..... not the best. We've ordered here before and the 1st time it was ok because it was in person. The other time, either the food was not hot or wrong order, it took almost an hour. We figured it was a busy night. There were other times, that the yellow rice tasted too garlicky and the pork rind (chicharón) were more greasy fat than meat. If it's not 1 thing is another. We are very disappointed, everytime we order there's something wrong. I'm not sure if they store the left over for next day's food, because I ordered a whole chicken and specifically told them not to cut it. The lady even asked me if I wanted cut or not. I told her I didn't wanted cut, I wanted a whole chicken. To my surprise I received my chicken cut. I think they didn't have a whole chicken cooked, so they sent me the chicken cut, which might have been from the previous day because it wasn't even hot. This time the order was delivered in 25 minutes. This is our last time ordering from there.

First time here and the service was outstanding! The young lady was patient and so pleasant. The food looked beautiful and the presentation was excellent! My food was delicious I don’t eat meat so I had two types of rice, vegetables and both beans they had. My daughter had their quarter chicken with rice and beans. The prices are dirt cheap which is surprising considering the economy. I’ll return for sure!!!

As people say a place is delicious and fabulous this place definitely comes to mind. The food is great when you get it mid day instead of the night time (food's dry). The afternoon rush of chicken adobo and rice with beans is crazy, but for valid reasons. Just try it, theres no reason not too.

This is by far the slowest restaurant I have ever been in. Even ordering ahead,they do not have anything ready you’re better off coming in and picking out what they have cooked already. Place is completely empty and still 15-30 min wait. If you grubhub expect the terrible wait.
Was craving a good Cuban sandwich so I gave this place a try and ordered takeout. Two simple sandwiches weren't ready even 25min after ordering which I suppose they could've been busy but what I received was incredibly disappointing. The pork in the Cuban was so over done that I had difficulty even biting through some pieces and the ham and cheese sandwich was the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. Based on this experience, I don't think I'll be returning to try anything else.

I would like to share my experience with this restaurant I’ve had two episodes in the past, and I tried to let it go and gave them another chance but tonight I have some fried chicken delivered and it was over fried overcooked, and it was dried inside I spoke with the manager she said that’s how they cook their chicken that was terrible for her to say that , I’m a cook myself and when I fry my chicken is juicy inside crispy on the outside I would never order for them again.. to put the icing on the cake the manager says to me over the phone that she looked at the order before it was delivered out. I think they gave me chicken that was already fried and then they try to refried it. Terrible service.

If you are Dominican you should know that the food in this place is not at all similar to Dominican food. NEVER does a Dominican cook a baked chicken RED first time I see that a baked chicken oven is completely red and everything was thrown on the plate as if they gave it to you instead of seeing it please you. In addition to looking horrible, it didn't have any kind of flavor, otherwise what they serve is they have no idea about Dominican foods, they stay in the air when you mention something typical of the Dominican Republic. This is not Dominican food, do not use that name and insult our meals.
