The Philly Pretzel Factory was a hit with our family. It is a small location just big enough to fit everyone in our party, as well as a snack cart and a large refrigerator. The owner was so welcoming and was happy to accommodate everyone in our party's needs. The owner also gave a demonstration of how the pretzels are made and offered some dough to the kids so they could twist their own. It was an exciting and fun experience that ended with some delicious pretzels (you can't go wrong with the classic Philly pretzels, but the cinnamon sugar pretzels were great as well!)

The owner, Christian, as he identified himself to me , is an arrogant hothead. He called my sister a liar in front of other patrons and then spoke to me aggressively saying I was "threatening him" by asking for his name for a review. I would not recommend this business as their customer service is unprofessional and threatening to me as a consumer. When an order is placed, paid for and is 45 minutes behind schedule for pick up, the attitude should be different. It should be one of apology, not blaming the customer. Who does that? You belittle customers for your incompetence? Another employee, who I assumed was his "mommy" tried to calm him down. She even recognized his bad attitude. I guess he missed the class on people skills.

I put five stars because the owner was extremely nice and friendly, so I decided to order a large order of Pretzels for an event I was having. I picked up my order and when I got to my location I looked at the Pretzels and they were BURNT and couldn't be used! I wasted my money. I contacted the store to let them know of this unacceptable findings. I spoke to a gentleman that was rude and abrupt and he said that's how we always make them and everyone likes it like that. So I asked him people like burnt Pretzels? I wanted to speak with the owner that took my order (the nice pleasant woman), but to no avail. I called back again and another woman answered she was nice too. She took my number and was suppose to forward it to the owner but she texted me back a couple of days later stating that they couldn't accommodate or reimburse me in any way. I then stated that it's ok I'll leave a review about their establishment and what happened and then she said oh please stop by and we'll give you something for free. I'm done with this place you can go if you like BURNT PRETZELS and rude people. (All of the Pretzels looked like that and were hard too!)

Timing is everything. Got there just as a batch came out the oven. Tempted to buy all 40 but... next time. Glad I don't have to take Amtrak to get these anymore.

These pretzels take me back to when I was a kid. I always enjoyed a soft, hot pretzel and these are the pretzels you need to try. Always fresh and always hot. Nice people run it and they have a variety of pretzel options to please your taste. Stop in. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to get soft pretzel. You get 5 for 5 dollars. They sell dipping sauces also. Today bottom of the pretzels were a little over cook but they were soft. Never get home without eating at least 1 pretzel on the drive home.
