We had a wonderful date night at one of our faves. We got married here two years ago and the service has always been and will continue to be amazing.
From the greeting you receive at the door, the attention to detail across the service, sweeping the crumbs from your table. Amazing service by Yahir and the rest of staff. Will definitely be returning soon.
Food was delicious and the pre-fixe is a great value with app, entree and dessert with coffee for only $30!

Another fantastic night at Bayonne’s Best! Yahir was the most attentive server, and all the young men went out of their way to make the dinner spectacular! We were celebrating a birthday and their attention to even learn my name for the singing happy birthday did not go unnoticed. Will absolutely be back again!

Service was outstanding and the food was good. The only drawback for someone like me who comes from out of town is they only offer street parking. Availability is hit or miss.
Kid-friendliness: Saturday night dinning, there were no kids but I see no reason why you would not bring kids.

This was our first time here and we loved it! We always walk past and see the bar super busy. I think they have happy hour until 6.
I saw on their instagram they have 15% of food on certain days in august so we thought it would be the perfect time to go. Even without the 15% off prices are super reasonable for the quality and portions. They even have a $30 pre fixe menu during the week and until 4 on the weekends where you can get an app, main and dessert.
There are a lot of freebies with the meal too. They start you off with bread, butter, olive oil and this tomato sauce that is really unique and sweet and delicious. Then during the meal they give you for free a side of either fried croquettes or green beans and carrots. We got the green beans and carrots and they were very good. Then after the meals they have us for free a shot of cognac and pineapple juice, very nice to top off the meal.
The service is excellent. All the little things they think of really elevates the experience. And they show you the specials on an iPad so you can see pictures of them. Between courses they clean crumbs off the tablecloth. There is a beautiful fish tank. It’s a very nice experience. The music choices where kind of interesting though, when we got there they were playing pop songs which didn’t really go with the mood of the place but then they switched to classics, they also played phantom of the opera. My husband described some of the music as songs you would hear at your wake. Which sounds funny and it is, but it does make sense if you heard it.
I got the fettuccine Alfredo with breaded chicken on top. The Alfredo sauce is light and not overly thick or cheesy which I liked. It was very balanced and still flavorful. Also the fettuccine is homemade fresh! And you can taste it. Very good. Lots and lots of broccoli and mushrooms in it as well. I had to take half of it home. My husband got the sea bass special which he really liked. $45 was not a bad price at all for the amount of fish on his plate.
We would definitely come here again!
