Management needs to get it together. Their mismanaged establishment should not make for customers to have a bad experience. I ordered via drive through only to pull up to see a stressed employee taking both orders and handing out food at the same time. No wonder my order was misunderstood. I understand it wasn’t the employees fault that Popeyes wants to get its profits off the back of 3 employees in this establishment. But that young employee needs to redirect her anger at her manager because if there’s no customers then whose going to pay her ?

The staff was extremely aggressive and impatient with customers. Cashier was basically just running around and not paying much attention to what I wanted then I heard her practically shouting at the customer after me, all this while the supervisor was close enough to observe.Then there was no ice in the soda fountain.

The porterhouse steak was cooked and seared perfectly. I ordered the shrooms and L ordered the wings, we both liked them and thought they were okay. The Moscow Mule looked a bit ordinary but the flavors were coming through. Even the cake was I don't know if it's the new management or what. This place kicked it up a notch and we will be back.Only complaint is that the loaded fries could have used more 'load'.

The workers and manager are always so nasty when you go there. If you don't want work there. Find a different job. If I can give a negative review I definitely would. Definitely find a different Popeyes to go to. Especially the cashier tonight working. Very rude and nasty. Then she wants to talk about me as I'm walking out. Will definitely take my business to a different Popeyes. Shame on you for letting your workers be like that.
