Drive through microphone is broken on all the 3 times we’ve been here. Had to get down from the car and speak directly into the microphone and the server still couldn't hear us. Shakes were melted, food is good.I suggest if you are going to order shakes, to just bring your own reusable straw since the paper straws disintegrate within the first 5 minutes, or ask for a spoon to eat your shake with if it is not melted to begin with.

If you want good food, quick service, and friendly customer service, DO NOT come here.Waited for FORTY MINUTES for food to be ready for a mobile order. Only to get impatient to the point where I went through the drive-thru and was handed cold food, and the incorrect order.Never again. So much for being called Sonic, hah!

Asked for a medium new york dog meal with tater tots. $8.41. Not worth it. Hot dog was luke warm and the sauerkraut was ice cold. Tater tots were tepid. Dude at the window asked me to pay twice.

I'm disappointed every time i order from here. i only live 2 miles away, and by the time i get home, the buns are soggy, the patties are dry and the burgers just fall apart. but the last straw- i just spent $7 for a milkshake and they basically just gave me ice cream. and a paper straw that, by the time this thing is drinkable, will have disintegrated into the shake and become completely useless. I'm done with this place.

WORST SONIC TO GO TO!!! Waited for 20 minutes to give my order in a stall they never answered then I placed my order through the app and 5 minutes later it says it was delivered but it wasn’t so I go in and ask and they say it’s not ready then I waited another 50 min before I decided to go inside again and my food shake and all was just sitting there shake melted and food cold worst sonic to go to don’t do it to yourself

Pulled in a stall, hit red button, no one answer after waiting almost 10 minutes. Pulled in drive-thru to asked to speak to a manager to see why no one took my order... manager had an attitude saying people didn't show up for work. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY! PLEASE DO BETTER!!!
First time eating at Sonic and the food is pretty good. I would recommend trying them out if you haven't just yet?

Extremely disappointed. Walked in and the place had food on all the tables. Crumbs were in between the seats. No one was in the place, so I couldn’t understand why it was messy. The lady who took my order looked like she didn’t want to be there, made no suggestions to me and just took my order. The order was nasty, my popcorn chicken looks like it sat for days and was just drizzled in sauce. I’m highly disappointed. Probably would never come back. I’m sure I can find other places with fresher food and better customer service.

This was a quick stop after an emotional day with my family. We were sad and looking for some food to help us feel better. Me and my siblings were looking for something quick and also good. Not too many locations have a Sonic so this was the choice for us. We probably ordered half of the menu. Shared laughs, tears, and food! Didn't take long for the food to come out and everything was ordered as we asked. There was one burger that had mustard but we asked can we have a fresh burger and it was not an issue. All in all, after the day me and my family had, this Sonic location was able to fill our stomachs and allow us some comfort after a long day. A day I will never forget
