Is this place closed down? We stopped by last night at 9pm and it was closed and seemed like ALL the signage was gone!

Drive through microphone is broken on all the 3 times we’ve been here. Had to get down from the car and speak directly into the microphone and the server still couldn't hear us. Shakes were melted, food is good.I suggest if you are going to order shakes, to just bring your own reusable straw since the paper straws disintegrate within the first 5 minutes, or ask for a spoon to eat your shake with if it is not melted to begin with.

This was the worst experience I had at a sonic . I wanted to order two separate orders in the drive thru because their machines aren't working. The lady at the drive thru said I could not order two orders in the drive thru because they cannot do that I would have to go around twice for the two orders. It's seem very crazy for me to do that when I'm already there. She insisted on her machine/register couldn't do that. I asked for a manger and she stated that she was the manager which if she really was customer service skill were awful she had blonde hair and was brown skinned . I was very disappointed in the other staff because no one came to help us during this and she closed the window and didn't want to take care of us . Will not be going back there . The two separate orders were not even big we were going to two different directions after sonic and they wanted to put everything in one Bag that's why I wanted separate orders. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone They don't even deserve one star

If you want good food, quick service, and friendly customer service, DO NOT come here.Waited for FORTY MINUTES for food to be ready for a mobile order. Only to get impatient to the point where I went through the drive-thru and was handed cold food, and the incorrect order.Never again. So much for being called Sonic, hah!

Asked for a medium new york dog meal with tater tots. $8.41. Not worth it. Hot dog was luke warm and the sauerkraut was ice cold. Tater tots were tepid. Dude at the window asked me to pay twice.

I'm disappointed every time i order from here. i only live 2 miles away, and by the time i get home, the buns are soggy, the patties are dry and the burgers just fall apart. but the last straw- i just spent $7 for a milkshake and they basically just gave me ice cream. and a paper straw that, by the time this thing is drinkable, will have disintegrated into the shake and become completely useless. I'm done with this place.

I came here for ice cream and hot fudge sundae. They have serious portions. I was surprised that for the price I paid, it really tasted good. A good treat for the summer heat. The service is great . I can't wait to come back.
Say's open at 10AM. Go there at 10:30AM. Sorry we're closed.Other times I have tried going. Sorry Closed. I came to sonic on a Friday at 11:45pm and it was closed I drove 1 hour to get sonic because I thought it was open until 1 because that's what it says on google maps I was very disappointed that it was closed never coming back

WORST SONIC TO GO TO!!! Waited for 20 minutes to give my order in a stall they never answered then I placed my order through the app and 5 minutes later it says it was delivered but it wasn’t so I go in and ask and they say it’s not ready then I waited another 50 min before I decided to go inside again and my food shake and all was just sitting there shake melted and food cold worst sonic to go to don’t do it to yourself

Pulled in a stall, hit red button, no one answer after waiting almost 10 minutes. Pulled in drive-thru to asked to speak to a manager to see why no one took my order... manager had an attitude saying people didn't show up for work. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY! PLEASE DO BETTER!!!
