The service here sucks. The guy said he was out of venti cups when I see them right behind him. I ask for a Trenta water and he wants to charge me for it . I’ve been a gold member since 2015 and not once have I ever been charged for a cup of water and I’ve been to Starbucks all over the states. I don’t know what this guys deal is and I’ll never come here again. Thanks for nothing .

The catering here was not good. Their mac n cheese tasted sour and everything else was bland. They facility is nice and they have a lot of options for ballrooms. The DJ was playing the music eay too loud. I couldn't hear guests sitting at my table.

If I order ahead and live 15 minutes away why is my drink not ready when I get there. The girl making my drink was literally flirting with a guy for 15 minutes instead of making the drinks. People order ahead of time obviously to have the drinks ready when u get there. Btw store was not busy at all she was just standing there flirting away while people are waiting thanks for making me extremely late for work. Little advice flirt off the clock.
