They make my coffee right but people keep stealing drinks, I know it’s not their fault but they should at least have something to make sure that doesn’t always happen

If you order after 9am you should be fine, anything before then your drink will not be done correctly. Oh, and if you plan on ordering for pick up (inside) prepare to wait and have to remind them of your order ‘cus they will have you waiting there forever!

Updated review for June 2025:

This Starbucks has gone downhill. Chairs are filthy and floors are sticky. They need more clean seating and are not making the best use of space.

We love Starbucks, so managers, please update to bring it back to what it was. 🙏

Very poor service from the cashier on Sunday, June 15th, Father's Day at 8:30 p.m. It's impossible for a Starbucks not to have coffee at this time, half an hour before closing time.

Im leaving this one start review because of how disgusting, unhygienic, dirty the bathroom is kept. Its so unbelievable. This is a big establishment I believe they can afford bathroom cleaners or SOMETHING??? Be cautious not to contact bacteria 🦠 from opening the door to even breathing air in that bathroom yikes! I’m scared to pump soap, turn on faucet, toilet bowl has dried up stools all over, bathroom smells so horrible. It’s not like this is a one time thing it’s like that all day every day there no cleaning maintenance being done by employees/managers.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but this place is an issue and someone in ownership/management seriously needs to address this.

Today, I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich on the Starbuck Mobile app. It took 30 minutes for them to finally put my breakfast sandwich in the microwave. This is after I had to get someone's attention twice. The only reason I go here is because they are the only fast food restaurant who has a plant-based breakfast sandwich.

Every time I go here, there's always a long wait and you have to practically raise your voice to get people's attention. The wait times range from 30 minutes to an 1 hour. This has got to be the worst Starbucks that I have ever went to. I either have to request a refund or leave the store and call the 800 number to refund my account.

After waiting 30 minutes, I ended up leaving my coffee and getting a refund for the sandwich. I ended up ordering from the Dunkin Donuts next to them and everything I ordered was done by the time I arrived.

Don't even waste your time going here. Starbucks corporate definitely needs to send someone over there. Don't forget to tip, however....

The worst service was the group that existed from 3:30 to 5 on Thursday. It was the worst service ever, from submitting requests to verbal responses and foul language from this employee and the poor performance of the rest of the group.
