I placed an order through the mobile app and they got my order wrong. I requested chipotle sauce and they included a vinegar sauce with tastes really bad. Furthermore, I ordered my bread not toasted and they toasted it. Subway employees, you had one job. If you can’t read instructions and make a sandwich you should probably find a different job.

Usually I like to recieve what I oder, and well.. not here. 9 for bread lots of lettuce and 2 slices of cheese and 2 small pieces of roast beef? Plus I'm in my uniform from q local business that's supposed to get a discount and didn't get that either. Don't like getting ripped off

Very bad customer service the Indian girl should be fired very bad store and the food is not clean I found a hair in my sandwich and i asked for a new one she said if you want a new one pay for never step in that disgusting store that store should close Broadway one is way better

Just this subway so angry I don’t even want to eat my sandwich! The girl that made my sandwich was either talking to her coworker or talking on the phone through an earpiece the entire time! She wasn’t listening to me and she seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. After I paid I went to get my drink and asked if she had kids for the small cups, her coworker said no, so I said seriously? No kids for a Togo drink? The rude girl that helped me said something (couldn’t understand if she was talking to me or on the phone. I asked again and she at me, wait a minute! As I was leaving I said you’re very rude and you should not be talking on the phone when you have a customer. She replied no I’m not, and your sandwich is just fine! NEVER going back to this nasty Subway again!!!

I enjoy Subway sandwiches and go there once in a while. Within past 12 years I've lived in the states, the best restaurant nationwide is in Bayonne, NJ. The reason is not just the good sandwiches, but also a nicest employee I've met, Charmi. She is very welcoming and pleasant employees are one great factor about different dining places.

I really feel so bad for the owner of Subway here in Bayonne Crossing. The Indian girl assigned there today September 4, 2022 was so intimidating. She saw me but won’t asked me what I need that I really have to call her. She is so irritated. And when I paid she said “ you’re good!” without giving me my change and receipt. Get someone else with customer service.
