Best japanese/thai/chinese fusion in Bayonne! The Computer Guys go to place for asian food!

Food was fair. But one thing I ordered just wasn't what I was expecting, the Thai BBQ wings, it was very plain and looked grilled with only sauce on the side not on the wings.

We have been ordering from here for years without an issue and loved it. Unfortunately, our last experience was enough to send us directly over to Thai O'Briens. I had people over and ordered several things including sesame chicken. Once the food arrived, we noticed the sesame chicken was missing and that they had sent fried chicken instead. I called and the owner not only had the nerve to yell at me saying he HAD sent the sesame chicken, but he had the audacity to drive to my house, push his way into my living room and point at the fried chicken that was sitting unopened in front of my guest and yell, "THAT'S THE SESAME CHICKEN!" a) Who does that??? and b) if it were sesame chicken wouldn't it have sesame seeds in it? I will never order from here again.

This restaurant is now known as Sweet Chile and the food is quite good. The Pad Thai and the sashimi are very good. Both my husband and I enjoy the food very much. I recommend this restaurant very much. Good food and good service!

Solid, good food at a very reasonable price. Love the dishes extra spicy.

Love this place. Although their name is "sweet chili" idk why it says something else. But google street view confirms its right. Definitely try their iced thai tea and banana dessert. Food is phenomenal. Go here at least once a week.

At the time I'm writing this review, November of 2014, the restaurant at this address is a Thai restaurant called Sweet Chili. Don't know why google has it listed wrong. Anyway, this is the worst restaurant I've found in Bayonne, and possibly the worst Thai restaurant in the world. We ordered the chicken satay: it tasted like processed lunch meat, if you were to shove it on a stick and then overcook it.We got a shrimp Pad Thai. Everything was mushy. There were no fresh veggies. It was bad, but it was the least offensive thing we tried. We got the Basil shrimp. It had 4 sad little basil leaves in the entire dish. It was supposed to come with veggies... and technically it did: green peppers and onions-- steamed until they were flavorless. Then they dumped a sweet, watery sauce on top. The dish was SWIMMING in that watery mess.I also ordered the Tamarind Duck. It is described as a roasted half duck with vegetable and a plum sauce. The sauce contained no detectable plum or tamarind flavoring. The duck may once have been roasted, but its impossible to tell because it was also DROWNED in the exact same watery sauce as the shrimp dish. There was so much water in these dishes that I felt compelled to measure it: exactly a cup of soupy, flavorless piss, saturating everything in the container. That's HALF A CUP in EACH entree. The vegetables in the duck dish were boiled or steamed to the point of being flavorless mush. Its the sort of thing you'd expect to find in a hospital cafeteria. We also got a coconut soup of some kind. I couldn't even take a bite. Instead of the scallions described on the menu, they threw in raw yellow onion slices. There was a giant slab of overcooked chicken breast in there too. To top it off they also used canned mushrooms. In fact, all the veggies we saw in our entire meal seemed exactly like they came from cans.We took a few bites of everything and then threw it all in the trash. Disgusting. The chef owes us an apology. That meal was offensive.

Worst Thai I've ever had, by far. Chicken Satay was rubbery and tasted like overcooked lunch meat. Entrees were swimming in tasteless watery sauce. Half a cup of water per entree. I measured. EW.
