Always something wrong when it comes to this location, food order wrong, bad service or them closing an hour earlier than advertised for no reason. You never know what would go wrong

I have never in my life experienced what I experienced today when calling this Taco Bell after I put in an order on Uber eats. I simply called the manager answered, and she instantly was very aggressive. I was taken back honestly, and I still tried to let her know what I needed, and it was a simple request. I ordered a box that came with the beefy five layer burrito and usually when I order this, I will call the Taco Bell and ask whoever answers the phone. Can they please just make it a plain bean and cheese burrito. I do all of the modifications on the app, removing the meat and the nacho cheese and anything else but there’s no option for you to remove the extra tortilla so that is the reason that I call every time that I’ve done this for the past few years at this Taco Bell the person says OK and I get a bean and cheese burrito with one tortilla. Before I could even get my words out, she told me that those cheap boxes don’t come with modifications so I calmly let her know that I already did the modifications, but I just wanted to request that they only use one tortilla. She responded in a rude manner again that shocked me to the point where I couldn’t even say anything back to her, and then she said, have a nice day and hung up in my face. I called back with my other phone recording because I definitely could not believe what was happening and I literally just wanted my mom to hear it, but I now realize that that recording was the smartest thing I’ve could’ve done because somehow someway my food was tampered with. I received two tortillas with the beans smashed in between them and a very, very hard burrito that looked very old to the point of where even that confuse me because where did you get this old poorly made five layer burrito with everything missing….. I was very afraid to eat my food and I immediately told my mother that I wish I could contact Uber and have the order canceled, but that I wouldn’t be able to without being charged so my mother told me just go ahead and pray over the food trust God, and don’t worry about it. One of my order items was missing and I reported that to Uber, but I didn’t realize until the very end what happened done to the bean and cheese burrito. Instead I was given two tortillas as I said, smashed together with a small amount of beans in between. I can tell that this is done intentionally because who would even order this and why would it be so hard and dry as though it had been microwaved overtime?
I feel like she definitely does not need to be a manager because that’s what she kept saying. I’m the manager and I never asked who she was. I just made the request.
I will be making a post about this on Twitter and I will be contacting corporate and I’ve already reached out and emailed Uber eats about this. I definitely see why this place has 3.3 stars over the years to be honest, but there aren’t many Taco Bell‘s in the area so I take my chances and usually there’s a small issues with the actual order not the customer service but in this case, I will never be ordering from this place again because this is ridiculous.

The Management of this restaurant is horrible. They treat the customers horribly and is very rude especially the manager Kim. Everytime I order from here my food is wrong and seems rushed like they just throw it in the bag.

My boyfriend ordered from here and the bowl we got was missing the tomatoes, onions/cilantro, and the sauce. Then I look in my bowl and find beans when we specifically requested no beans. Bad service.
Tired of this store. Sometimes the inside is open, sometimes it’s not, you take a risk walking up to the door only to have to run back to your car to get on the drive-thru before 10 cars beat you to it. Then if you order through the app they don’t start it until you pull up anyway so what’s the point of advertising “save time order ahead”. Last but certainly not least, your store says closes at 4 a.m. but not when certain people are working, they elect to close at whatever time they want. How crappy is that if you jump off the Turnpike just to grab a bite to eat just to find out everyone’s still there, lights are still on but you can’t eat because they’re closed at 3:10 instead of 4. When minimum wage shot up to $15 an hour this is exactly what I expected to happen, good pay, lazy workers, price increases and STILL no work ethic.

Stopped by this Taco Bell and was honestly really impressed. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience easy. My food came out fast, tasted great, and the portions were solid — definitely better than what I’ve gotten at some other Taco Bell locations. The lobby was clean and felt well-kept, which I always appreciate when dining in. Overall, just a smooth visit with great food and service. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is a Joke came to get food here the people have an attitude there never have the new stuff asked for the midnight blast the cashier said it was only a limited thing but the site says permanent then on top of that after waiting for my food she tails me sorry we had to put new food for you so it’s gonna take longer yet the crew is walking around laughing, I’ll be reaching out to corporate, because I see all the reviews and no change in their location.

For my drink I asked for a half diet tea, half regular iced tea mixed. Despite ordering this at literally every Taco Bell I have ever been to, I was told no, I have to pick one. I honestly thought she was joking. I can see why this is a 3 star store.
