I’m currently sitting in the drive thru with my parents on Easter Sunday. I don’t know what is happening in this establishment but we’d been waiting behind another car for nearly 15 minutes before I decided to call the number listed on Google and put some sense into them. They’ve taken orders, (and mine was a MOBILE order), but as I confirmed it was a mobile order someone on the other end said, “oh we haven’t even started that one yet.” there’s a car still waiting in the pickup window that we saw when we PULLED IN HERE NEARLY HALF AN HOUR AGO! This is insane! I always try to give the benefit of the doubt whenever I come here but this was my last straw. I will not be coming back here and neither should anyone else.update: i got back home and they got my order wrong! i even checked it at the window, but the way they placed everything was so confusing and as it turns out, im missing a taco! never coming back here again.

Worst Taco Bell in the whole world. It’s not a drive thru, it’s a dine in restaurant but you don’t get food for 3 hours. Not happened just once, not twice, but thrice. Never going there ever again.Owner can’t afford to hire more employees, overworks them and they take a million hours to prepare food.

Very rude customer service I came inside Taco Bell at 10:30pm as I was telling my order to the gentleman he completely ignored me and with an attitude said “what you talking to me (rolled his eyes) “ he completely got my order wrong he kept walking away from me which is very disrespectful he grabbed his food and left with an attitude. If your having a bad day that doesn’t mean to take it out on a customer, very unprofessional.

When we first moved to Bayonne, we came here often and I’d give it 4-5 stars. Being here almost a year now, we’ve gone here because of its convenience, it has to be the worse service, least competent Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Can’t get orders correct, service is too slow.
