We've eaten here on several occasions, usually without issues. Well this time was very different. They didn't have any more of the first appetizer we requested, so we tried something else...out of that too. I commented to the server that they seemed to be batting a thousand that night. She then informed us that the restaurant was closing within the next week or two due to not making enough money at that location. Before our 3rd choice of appetizer arrived, my husband noticed that his silverware was dirty. The points of my fork had been turned in a position which caused them to actually be scraping the table. We of course requested new silverware, and what we received was surprising...plastic eating utensils (in a sealed pkge). Seriously?? The forks were bent, oh boy...please imagine my eye roll. Forks were bent too, well at the server was nice. They were obviously scrimping on the heating bill as well. My husband asked for the tv to be set to the channel airing the game, nope...unable to do that either, no remote. IMHO, if a business is unable to accommodate the customer's request, they should just go ahead and throw in the towel, rather than continue to conduct business as though all is well. The customer is getting the short end of the stick in the worst way. If you're considering eating there before they permanently close their doors, do yourself a favor...don't bother.

We sat at the bar. The service was ok. I ordered the bone in wing and the chicken tasted old and this is not the first time thought I would give it another try. French onion soup was very thick like gravy,and ordered the new southern buffalo avocado chickens sandwich. It came with no avocado. I will not be returning

Terrible..the waitress was not friendly at all.I even think she was a manager.the worst is that it was my grandson 5th birthday and we just want to run out of there.we didn't even order dessert. Stay away .not worth the money .my plate was all cracked around the rim.

We just left and forgot our leftover bag. We went back and they said they threw it out. It began at 7pm Saturday going out to dinner and this place was dead for a Saturday night. No one greeted us to sit us down. The waitress was good, but the rest were inexperienced in the hospitality business. Then my order was not the same as the advertised picture on the screen or menu. The waitress told me that the vegetables were probably out of season. I could have gone and bought them some and showed the cook how to do it. They failed to top my salmon with the topping when they brought it out to me. I don't think I will ever go back.

This place is horrible. I have tried giving it so many chances. Just not worth it ever again. I ordered a filet Med rare and it came out well done. They teued to rectify the situation however with a sirloin. I could uave been happy with that but just having the communication would have been great. And they told me no its a filet.. for real? I have been doing restaurants for over 15yrs and to see a TGIF like this is sad. I used to work for 1 many years ago. People walked out due to no service. People waiting at the front with no host. Like its sad. I have tried this place many times but never again. Do I recomend absolutely not.

We went on a Saturday for lunch. Our server, Charity, who was also the bartender, was excellent! She was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We sat right off the bar at a booth. My friend had a coupon to buy one entre, get one free. She also had one for a $5.00 summer drink special for July. I ordered the salad with the salmon option. It was delicious. It was no problem for Charity to omit the bacon from the salad. My friend chose one of the burger specials, which was also delicious. The temperature of the food was perfect. The presentation was beautiful. The portions were ample. The TGIF temperature was very comfortable, even though it was very hot and humid outside. There was also plenty of free parking. I would definitely go back to this TGIF in Bayonne, NJ. Thank you for your hospitality!
