Great spot in the middle of Bayonne. Food, drinks, and service are great. They have a kids menu, if you want to bring kids to lunch. VERY reasonably priced on all fronts. If you’re in Bayonne, you must visit.

The food is phenomenal seriously, the burger might be the best in Bayonne, maybe even all of Hudson County. Prices are fair, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and attentive.

I had high hopes for the Well & Grill, but my experience was a massive letdown. Trying to reach them by phone was an exercise in frustration. Every call I made resulted in endless ringing, and when someone finally picked up, they promptly hung up without a word. This happened multiple times, making it impossible to place an order.

A very nice way to quietly step off “the merry-go-round” of responsibility. Enjoy a good meal and a cold draft beer, with reasonable prices, it doesn’t get much better. Highly recommend during the afternoon and early evening hours.
