Nice clean restaurant, friendly staff, and already decorated for Christmas! We popped in for late evening dinner and got Biggy bags as a great value choice. The your way Coke machines are always fun and a good way to try different variations of drinks and or store exclusive drink flavors.

I place order online and went thought drive thru. Only to find out my order was in correct. However, nothing knew about that, but I asked for barbecue sauce and charge me 53 cents. Now looking at all the comments about Wendys getting orders wrong. It seems to me the employees have issues in reading, but they know how to charge customers for the food they want to put in the bag.

I LOVE this location! Their food is always fresh and never over cooked. I only wish that they would automatically give you your receipt, instead of having to always ask for it, they should at least ask you if you want it. Other than that, NO complaints! :)

Quality control/food safety compliance/communication And I could go on; I’ve been to this Wendy’s a total of 2 times; the first time I gave it a pass mistakes happen. However my most recent experience at this Wendy’s topped the last one on how much worse it could’ve been; I Draw the line when there’s hair involved; I ordered a biggie bag and separate items 1 combo bacon double stack w/ lettuce tomatoes one large chilli medium blueberry lemonade; when I got home in approx 5-7 mins settled ready to eat my Meal; I was welcome with an extremely greasy double patty but the cheese had completely melted into the sandwich wrapper; the meal was cold and as I previously established I draw the line when I see Hair.after inspecting my meal There was hair so deeply imbedded into the patty with a strand sticking out from the side, it was gruesome. Other than that I think I’ll be passing up on this Wendy’s from now on.

Came here and purchased a salad. I asked for another packet of pecans for the salad because they are too small for me. The lady at the window rudely says $.54. Caught by surprise because I have not been requested to pay for another packet at any other Wendy's before. I do believe they are thieves as another reviewer said because I did not receive a receipt at all!
This place is a joke! zero stars at most. Thieves and lazy pieces of garbage that will not give you the order you pay for and then when you call nicely and ask for a reimbursement for the food you weren’t given they give you zero options other than to drive back to the store (which the reason you go through the drive-through and eat this garbage is because time is of the essence). When I explained that that was impossible because I’d already crossed the bridge into Staten Island and I was in capable of going back to Bayonne for the reimbursement I was owed. They hung up on me! Unprofessional, lazy, and not worth wasting your time or money.
I would post a photo of the meal, but I can’t because they didn’t give it to me, but I was charged for it.
