Honestly they have been lacking as of late. I ordered an egg bagel but got a plain bagel. Ordered my usual salt pepper, ketchup and mayo but got literally nothing that I asked for. They did this to me before and I didn’t complain but I was really looking towards a flavorful bagel but just got a soggy egg, sausage, cheese.

The bagels are not bad. But the service was, staff is not friendly at all, and always pretend that they haven't seen you to take your order ! When they finally decided to serve you, I ordered a NY style bagel for takeaway. I wanted it toasted (I'm pregnant, so I can't eat raw smoked salmon, that's why I needed it toasted), with a sesame bagel and a flavored spread cream cheese (scallion), which is an extra $4.55. I had none of those options !! I just wasted my money. If you order there, make sure to check that it is aligned with what you originally ordered, especially if you have allergies or are pregnant like me.

Service was terrible, not just one time but last 3 times visited last month, staff ignores you , hung over , not pleasant, over last three visits order was messed up twice , and they blame you as it was your fault, racism runs deep here , never going back , hope other's can follow suit , will stay with every thing bagel as they will get mine and friends business
Walked in and up to the cash register. No greeting, no acknowledgment. The man behind me gets served a coffee and then they go to take the next persons order, completely ignoring me and my mother at the register. Not a fan of that kinda of service. We walked out and to a nicer bagel shop down the road.

Do not order the avocado toast here, it’s a complete waste of money. They just handed me 1 piece of toast with sliced pieces of avocado no salt no pepper not 1 ounce of flavor. I am Highly disappointed and disgusted.( If anything go to the city line wonder bagel where they actually take time to mash your avocado & plate it nicely.)

The front counter was dirty, the staff prenten no one was waiting to place an order. The bathroom was disgusting.This wasn't the case a while back, but something has to change.$9.00 for an egg sandwich on a croissant is ridiculous.

I have been standing here for 10 minutes utes and there was 2 people ahead of me and no one is even asking me what I want. Then the food and coffee was terrible.

The product is very good. Most of the attendants are extremely efficient. There is just one. I always pray that she's not assisting me. She either has difficulty with the English language or she has processing difficulties.
