I’ve ordered ham and cheese expecting the ham to be boars head brand which was labeled on their menu sandwiches. But instead you get the cheap thick cut breakfast ham squared pieces and get charged for regular prices. Sad how people cut corners to run their businesses.

I always have a great experience when I go to get my breakfast but lately there is a female employee who works at the register on aome weekends. Curly hair. She has made going to get breakfast a bad experience. Her customer service sucks. Even the way she talks to her co-workers is unacceptable. The regular staff is amazing. This girl talks to you with attitude and if you ask her for anything she gets mad. When her co-workers ask for anything she gives them attitude infront of customers. Bad service but great food!

You know, it’s always nice ordering food from here and you don’t get what you paid for. Something is always missing. But a whole bagel and a platter with eggs, home fries and toast? How do you mess up this badly consistently? I got my money back from DoorDash but maybe you need to look into your employees who keep skimping out on delivery orders. Or give the customer a call if you don’t have something in stock so they can work out a substitute. The second photo is what I was given. Absolutely ridiculous. Rant over.

I love the Chicken Salad on a Poppy Seed Bagel that is the only thing I eat from there. I don’t go often because I don’t eat bread on a regular basis but when I cheat I eat that sometimes. Overall the place is great friendly workers, the food was fresh and the place is clean.

I like wonder bagel, but at this particular location, I don't always enjoy what I order. I usually get the morning zing juice from any wonder bagel which is just carrot apple and ginger. At this location, it's hit or miss...usually a miss. When it is a miss it's because they put entirely TOO MUCH GINGER! I placed my order over the phone and told them "light on the ginger." When I drank it couldn't even take more than 2 sips. It was way too much. I need them to figure this out because it's only at this wonder bagel that they seem to be breaking off 4-5inch chunks of ginger for one juice. I have also heard others in the past order juice from them and tell them to lighten up on the ginger.
Also on this particular order, I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheddar sandwiches for family. They don't like American cheese. The sandwiches both had American cheese instead of cheddar. Couldn't reorder because we had to get on the road.
The only part of my order that was correct was the toasted bagel with butter I ordered for myself.

I just left this place without my coffees even tho I paid for them. I saw the guy ringing everyone put his bare hand inside one of the cups while preparing my coffee. I told him I would like new coffees in news cups cause I saw he had his hands inside but he told me he didn't do it. Basically gaslighting me to not believe my own eyes.
(Everyone can hold a cup without putting there 4 fingers inside!!!!!)
I kindly pay for both coffees and left the coffees there. Disgusting. He could have own up to it and redo the coffees. It makes me thinks to never order from Uber eats there bc if he can do this in front of me i don't trust he won't behind my back.
