Had a great meal at Queen City Crust! We had a half burrata half hot honey roni and it was insanely good! The crust was crispy and the toppings were plentiful. We also had a double smash burger which was fantastic. Great experience all around and even had the chance to talk to the owner, Troy, who was a very hospitable and friendly guy. It is clear to see he loves what he does and pours all of his energy into building and making his business better. Big shout out to Troy for making...
The Detroit style Pizza is a unique find on LBI and it was good. Thought the smash burger hamburger was small for $9. Indoor seating is dark and drab. There are three tables outside, but lots of noise on LBI Blvd.

When it comes to pizza, I’ve always been a thin-crust person. I’m not into heavy dough or deep-dish styles at all. That said, yesterday I tried Detroit-style pizza for the very first time at Queen City Crust and WOW. I don’t have other Detroit style pizzas to compare it to, but it was hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life, which is saying a lot.
