“Please run, don't walk to Isola! Long Beach Island is no stranger to great spots for Italian cuisine, but Isola is not your typical Italian fare. A BYOB restaurant, Isola has a menu that easily compliments any wine! Our dinner consisted of a fresh and flavorful grilled octopus appetizer, a Cacio and Pepe even Rome would be proud of, one if the best zpirk chops we've evrry ate plated to perfrction, Hanger steak with a lovely chimichurri and a side of roasted potatoes with parmesan cheese. We ended the meal with Tiramisu to go and it was a perfect way to end the night. All that said, Isola's menu is equal to the amazing quality of service and the experience created by their staff. Every patron was smiling. We had originally ordered the Fiorentine steak and sadly it was not available. Dylan and his team went above and beyond to make sure that our dinner was not only fantastic but that we were so thrilled we quickly booked our next visit. Isola has officially entered my top 5 LBI list! Thank you, Isola for a wonderful date night!”

“My whole work staff in Philly loves the Key Lime Pie. I decided to drive to HSB and pick one up for the work week. While there I had some great food( the Warfield chicken sandwich, great bay fries, and strawberry milk shake) yummy. The service is always great too. Highly recommend this place.”

“I celebrated my birthday with my sisters at The Gables last night. It is clear that this restaurant knows that a dining experience is more than just about the great food. The ambiance and charm of the restaurant with its meticulous attention to detail translates to understated elegance. Their staff—my experience felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant and they had nothing else to do but take care of us! Our server, Cathy, was so warm and unshakable on a rather busy evening. The room managers strolled throughout the room making sure that every person was seen and noticed. It’s the nicest place I’ve ever dined. Thank you for a truly lovely evening!”

“Queen City Crust is wonderful. It's hard to find good pizza on LBI, so I'm glad they are here. It is Detroit style pizza, which is similar to Sicilian. I highly recommend it!”

“Had a great dinner, pistachio crusted halibut was one of the best pieces of fish I've ever had out at a restaurant , Ryan was an excellent server. Drinks alittle on the pricey side, but a great date night!!”

“Great little gem with live music and awesome beers. The Pina ipa is just perfect, hop & hazy right behind it. While there, I grabbed a fligh and then had 2 beers. Bartender Sarah was very friendly and handled the crowds like a champ.”

“We used the Sea Shell for our wedding venue and can’t say enough nice things about it. For starters our planners were amazing, Brittany and Jaimee were always available to answer any questions we had. They set everything up just the way we wanted. The food during cocktail hour was to die for and all of our guests raved about it. The weather wasn’t in our favor in the morning and at first we were going to do the ceremony under the tiki hut but were able to change to the sand an hour before. Dinner was also amazing and everything was delicious. The Shell made a dream come true and we can’t thank them enough.”

“This restaurant is a DEFINITE MUST! The staff and crew make some superb food. Super fresh, super flavorful, super colorful! I love the outdoor seating, the atmosphere is amazing, the music is chill, and the food is just outstanding. A fun and relaxing take away place with plenty of seating outfront, sometimes they also have games for kids. Their dessert menu is DELICIOUS. It’s walking distance from many shops and bay village, as well as the beach. Stop in for lunch or dinner! Thank you Chef Mike and Chef Ally for everything. It’s always a pleasure to visit when we’re on Long Beach Island and in Beach Haven! :)”

“I love all your soups and chowders. Every year we buy a couple of quarts to bring home. This year, we added to our purchase a quart of the crab corn chowder. It was outstanding! I hope this becomes a permanent chowder going forward! Looking forward to next year!”

“My husband and I finally made it there this Saturday after saying we were going to for years. It was wonderful. I only wish we’d gone sooner. He had the Salted butter/brown sugar crepe and iced tea. I had the marmalade crepe and grand marnier. We both loved our selections and know which ones we’ll each be trying on our next visit. Crepes are prepared to order. Staff was friendly, and both the indoor and outdoor seating areas are cute. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!”

“We stopped by last night after a round of mini golf next door. You can't go wrong with Kohr's ice cream. I'm not supposed to be indulging, but I gave in. A little crowded, but the line moved super quick. The associates were quick and very friendly. A great atmosphere all around. I believe it's the only one on the island. I couldn't decide between the orange cream or the mint. I usually just do chocolate when in Ocean City. This time, I got the mint swirl and say it with me....Chocolate JIMMIES !!!!!! Do not say the S word.”

“One of my favorite spots in LBI. Consistently good food. A big restaurant with lots of seating. GREAT service, every time. The wait staff is extremely attentive. You can't go wrong with any of the food options on the gigantic menu. I recommend the Cinnamon Roll French Toast. If you're going for salt, do the Manhattan clam chowder!”

“Best sandwiches on the Island. A Great place to pick up your breakfast or lunch. They have a menu to choose from or tell them what you want and they will.make it. You will not go away hungry. There are several tables you can eat at or pick up your food and take it with you. You can also call your order in ahead of time.”

“Kudos to Show Place for following the CDC guidelines to keep patrons safe during this pandemic. As a mother of toddlers, I appreciate the level of seriousness the staff took for: wellness checks, wearing masks, sanitizing shared objects (menus) and keeping everyone socially distanced. None of the precautions felt invasive either. The staff was energetic, kind, and knowledgeable. Their enthusiasm for their job was palpable. Thank you for the show! My girls loved it! We will 100% be back in the future.”

“First time here this past Tuesday. The food was phenomenal. I took a friend from Brooklyn and she was very impressed also! We got the local oysters, New England clam chowder, Flounder picatta and the roasted chicken dish. All excellent!!”

“I have had many “boardwalk” style fries but these are simply the best . When you ask for cheese fries you kinda expect to have that store bought cheese sauce flavor. But here it was fantastic They are also very peanut allergen friendly as well”

We had a scheduled delivery time for 7 pizzas for a kids beach bday party but an accident on Long Beach Blvd was holding up traffic for a long time with no end in sight. He walked those pizzas 6-8 blocks to us instead, no questions or complaints. Super professional. Lots of respect and a major thank you!”
