“We stopped by last night after a round of mini golf next door. You can't go wrong with Kohr's ice cream. I'm not supposed to be indulging, but I gave in. A little crowded, but the line moved super quick. The associates were quick and very friendly. A great atmosphere all around. I believe it's the only one on the island. I couldn't decide between the orange cream or the mint. I usually just do chocolate when in Ocean City. This time, I got the mint swirl and say it with me....Chocolate JIMMIES !!!!!! Do not say the S word.“

“Kudos to Show Place for following the CDC guidelines to keep patrons safe during this pandemic. As a mother of toddlers, I appreciate the level of seriousness the staff took for: wellness checks, wearing masks, sanitizing shared objects (menus) and keeping everyone socially distanced. None of the precautions felt invasive either. The staff was energetic, kind, and knowledgeable. Their enthusiasm for their job was palpable. Thank you for the show! My girls loved it! We will 100% be back in the future.“

“The employees really need to be trained in customer service. The ice cream is decent BUT the service is HORRIBLE. We bought ice cream for our 3 kids ($20ish dollars). My daughter ordered the cookie ice cream and it came bright blue with not a single cookie chunk. Didn’t taste great. If it was even decent, she would have ate it (she literally eats anything), but it was really not good. When I so politely told them she didn’t like it (hoping either we could get a new kind or a discount on a new one), the staff was so rude! Immediately telling me it was my fault because I didn’t ask for a sample. The manager came out and said “do you want to purchase a new one or not?” I ended up paying for a full replacement - which honestly would have been ok from the beginning if their response was kind instead of defensive and accusatory. I have never had treatment like that from an ice real shop. There are so many choices for ice cream on the island - from now on, we’ll choose one with kind workers that appreciate the business.“

“I have had many “boardwalk” style fries but these are simply the best . When you ask for cheese fries you kinda expect to have that store bought cheese sauce flavor. But here it was fantastic They are also very peanut allergen friendly as well“

“They don't make their own ice cream, but what makes them special is what they do with it. Their sundaes are excellent. My favorite is the Drownie Brownie. When I ant unique or innovative ice cream flavors, I will go somewhere else. But when I want to have the best and most satisfying sundae, this is where I go. The quality is excellent and it' just a fun place to visit.“

“Came here to play pinball since it’s one of only 3 spots on LBI with a machine. Game wasn’t reading cards upon arrival but an employee immediately popped me a few credits and reset the card reader once I brought it to their attention. Game had a few bugs and was very dirty but it worked well enough for the ¢50 they charge. I don’t play redemption games much but my brother seemed to enjoy them and he won a free ice cream in a claw machine so that was a nice surprise. I’ll likely visit again if I’m hankering for some pinball while on the island :)“

“I often visit this location and I truly have to say that one worker in particular stands out. Abbigail was a bright and smiling face and helped me navigate the menu. It is such a clean and fun atmosphere and all workers(especially abby) will engage in small talk and make you feel at home. Overall 5 star establishment.“

“Went here yesterday for the first time to try the ice cream and it was great! There were a lot of people inside when we got there, but their system of taking a number as well as the multiple employees made the line move quickly. They offered 28 ice cream flavors to choose from. Their prices were extremely cheap for the amount of ice cream they give you! I ordered a small which was 2 scoops and it was huge. I got mint chocolate cookie and peanut butter Oreo. Both of the flavors were delicious!“

“We were in walking distance of pelicans and went almost every night. We really enjoyed the wide variety of flavors. The order gentleman could be more personable, but the other staff was wonderful. We tended to look in the windows to prepare our selves for him. My children were always excited try a new flavor. We cannot wait to come back next year!“
