“We were in walking distance of pelicans and went almost every night. We really enjoyed the wide variety of flavors. The order gentleman could be more personable, but the other staff was wonderful. We tended to look in the windows to prepare our selves for him. My children were always excited try a new flavor. We cannot wait to come back next year!“

“Ohana Hau Shaved Ice was such an amazing experience! The decorations were absolutely beautiful and made the whole place feel so fun, welcoming, and tropical. There were so many different flavors to choose from, which made it really hard to pick just one because everything sounded so good!
Morgan was also incredible and helped us through the entire process of choosing our order. They were super helpful, patient, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. You can really tell that the people here care about making sure everyone has a great experience.
The shaved ice was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was amazing. There are so many flavors and options that I definitely want to come back and try something different next time. I would 100% recommend Ohana Hau Shaved Ice to anyone looking for a fun, delicious, and memorable place to get shaved ice! 🍧🌺“

“Hands down the BEST ice cream shoppe in South Jersey! (I have tried so many.) Featuring Richman's hand dipped ice cream in a variety of flavors. A small is 3 generous scoops. I got 3 different flavors and added hot fudge for $7.50. Cards are accepted with a 3% service fee added. Best to bring your cash.“

“We Love Dairy King. It is a short walk and it is always worthwhile. All businesses have their ups and downs. Dairy King is very consistent from trip to trip and you always know what you are gonna get. It’s like your favorite Pizza shop. May not be the worlds greatest but always good.“

“Kohr’s Frozen Custard is a must-have when you’re visiting the Seaside Heights Boardwalk! The frozen custard is rich, creamy, and incredibly refreshing on a hot day by the beach. The flavors are delicious, and the famous orange and vanilla twist is a classic for a reason. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and it was the perfect treat while walking the boardwalk. No trip to Seaside Heights feels complete without stopping at Kohr’s!“
“service was great! the guy who owns the shop is super sweet and helpful when making decisions. the inside was super clean :) only thing is you can tell the ice cream isn’t homemade and is probably store bought which makes it not as good in my opinion:(“

“The employees really need to be trained in customer service. The ice cream is decent BUT the service is HORRIBLE. We bought ice cream for our 3 kids ($20ish dollars). My daughter ordered the cookie ice cream and it came bright blue with not a single cookie chunk. Didn’t taste great. If it was even decent, she would have ate it (she literally eats anything), but it was really not good. When I so politely told them she didn’t like it (hoping either we could get a new kind or a discount on a new one), the staff was so rude! Immediately telling me it was my fault because I didn’t ask for a sample. The manager came out and said “do you want to purchase a new one or not?” I ended up paying for a full replacement - which honestly would have been ok from the beginning if their response was kind instead of defensive and accusatory. I have never had treatment like that from an ice real shop. There are so many choices for ice cream on the island - from now on, we’ll choose one with kind workers that appreciate the business.“

“Kudos to Show Place for following the CDC guidelines to keep patrons safe during this pandemic. As a mother of toddlers, I appreciate the level of seriousness the staff took for: wellness checks, wearing masks, sanitizing shared objects (menus) and keeping everyone socially distanced. None of the precautions felt invasive either. The staff was energetic, kind, and knowledgeable. Their enthusiasm for their job was palpable. Thank you for the show! My girls loved it! We will 100% be back in the future.“

“Went here yesterday for the first time to try the ice cream and it was great! There were a lot of people inside when we got there, but their system of taking a number as well as the multiple employees made the line move quickly. They offered 28 ice cream flavors to choose from. Their prices were extremely cheap for the amount of ice cream they give you! I ordered a small which was 2 scoops and it was huge. I got mint chocolate cookie and peanut butter Oreo. Both of the flavors were delicious!“

“I have had many “boardwalk” style fries but these are simply the best . When you ask for cheese fries you kinda expect to have that store bought cheese sauce flavor. But here it was fantastic They are also very peanut allergen friendly as well“
“Great shaved ice so refreshing on a hot day. I got one of the specials which was lime, pineapple and coconut syrups and it was topped with coconut toasted almonds and coconut shavings. The wife tried the mocha coffee shaved ice which was great as well.“
