“Impressed with the quality of the fresh food. Everything in the deli case looked fresh! I ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich with vodka sauce and ricotta. It was really good. The bread was excellent and the cutlet was really big. The sandwich is huge. I also got some rolls and Irish soda bread to go and a cappuccino. The Irish soda bread was excellent. The rolls were soft on the inside but the outside was a bit tough. Overall, I highly recommend this spot. They have an area outside to eat there that is enclosed and heated in the colder months.”

“We got speakeasy pizza twice on our vacation and we're very satisfied each time. Being from NJ, I've missed the pizza. I know shore pizza isn't quite the same as regular Jersey pizza, but this was pretty good! The fries are also good too--nice and crispy, so they survive the drive back to your beach house okay.”

“Favorite coffee shop in the whole entire world. The branding is SO cute, coffee is perfect every time, and specials and thoughtful and unique. I started making the blueberry vanilla matcha at home I love it so much. I moved far away but this is a must stop everytime I return to LBI!”

“Overall excellent. Great service, amazing food. Our group had a variety of dishes including the Caesar salad, meatballs, octopus, scallop risotto, a lobster fra Diavolo special & a chicken dish. One thing was better than the next. Our only slight issue was that we were seated on the enclosed patio which is difficult to keep at a comfortable temperature on a cool and windy night. However, without us having to ask, we were moved into the main dining area for our entree and dessert - that was greatly appreciated as I'm not sure we would have lasted much longer out on the patio as the sun set & temps dropped. Next time we will be sure to ask for main dining room on our reservation if it's cold out. We will definitely be back!”

“Ate twice recently. Both times food was really good. Had a burger on Saturday after parade..cooked perfectly. They had a Prime Rib special on Sunday evening that was very good and a great bargain. This is no longer just pub grub that was marginal at best. The new menu is very different and some really great options. New chef making a difference. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free buns for their hamburgers and have some other gluten free options.”

“Lovely place to spend Easter brunch greeted warmly by all staff the place was decorated with pansies and roses and candles. Brunch for the two of us, we selected the artichoke soup with poached lobster, the asparagus galette, the lamb shepherds pie, the buckwheat crêpe with ham and egg and for dessert we topped it off with chocolate trifle and toffee carrot cake. The food was phenomenal. The service was excellent. A perfect brunch if there ever was one.”

“Amazing food right on the bay. We bring our boat and park in the public docks. if they are not available polly’s will let you park for a small fee. Polly’s is also good but a different vibe. nowhere near as nice.”

“Everything about this place is amazing! Delicious, fresh, healthy food, chill atmosphere, awesome staff. I've been coming here for years since being vegan and have brought many of my non-vegan friends and family members and they love it too! The owners and staff are very sweet and personable, the food and service never disappoint! My boyfriend has celiac disease so he's extremely sensitive to gluten and very cautious to trust places without a dedicated GF kitchen, but he's never had any issue eating here and the staff always takes care of us! Extremely grateful to have this place! Cannot say enough positive words.”

“My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way home from an Atlantic City trip. We were greeted with a friendly and prompt waitstaff. The murals painted on the walls made for a colorful ambiance and provided us with something nice to look at while awaiting our food. We both ordered burritos that came with beans, rice and a side salad. Everything was fresh, so flavorful, and filling. We felt that the flavors were authentic and our money was well spent. Very affordable prices for a great portion. We will definitely be back here whenever we're in the area, we loved it!”

“Last year I stopped for ice cream and was so disappointed with my order. We had been going to Jeffreeze for over 22 years. I wrote a negative review that day and heard back from the owner Dennis offering a gift card to be left for me to allow them to correct my order. I have been back several times last year and today marked my 2nd trip for 2024. I have never picked up that gift card I feel it was just a bad day for the person at the counter back last year. Today the ice cream was outstanding as usual, the service perfect.”

“Best pizza in the Barnegat/Manahawkin area hands down! Ordered a regular pie and Sicilian and they both were delicious!! Not greasy at all and so fresh when we picked up. Service was friendly also! Highly recommend.”
