“The employees really need to be trained in customer service. The ice cream is decent BUT the service is HORRIBLE. We bought ice cream for our 3 kids ($20ish dollars). My daughter ordered the cookie ice cream and it came bright blue with not a single cookie chunk. Didn’t taste great. If it was even decent, she would have ate it (she literally eats anything), but it was really not good. When I so politely told them she didn’t like it (hoping either we could get a new kind or a discount on a new one), the staff was so rude! Immediately telling me it was my fault because I didn’t ask for a sample. The manager came out and said “do you want to purchase a new one or not?” I ended up paying for a full replacement - which honestly would have been ok from the beginning if their response was kind instead of defensive and accusatory. I have never had treatment like that from an ice real shop. There are so many choices for ice cream on the island - from now on, we’ll choose one with kind workers that appreciate the business.“

“A bittersweet goodbye to my last stop out of NJ as I return to Florida permanently. Community and atmosphere are two huge components of a coffee shop, and they managed to hit the nail on the head every time! Their espresso is consistently dialed in for a wonderful experience, and their lattes are also to die for when you’re in the mood for a sweet treat. They also roast their own beans, so everything about this place screams local and is a must try if you’re ever in the area.“

“My daughter and I went here for lunch today and the food was amazing! We had homemade hummus and pita chips for an appetizer and sandwiches..I had the green burger which was to die for!! Honestly this food was so amazing and in generous portions! The potato salad was delicious! The staff was so friendly and accommodating even they were so busy! I can’t wait to go back😊“

“Rita's is always so delicious 😋 Met up with family and we had the flavors of the day..mint, black raspberry and orange cream (they had several others in addition to ours) Everyone loved their choice. I had the orange and it tasted exactly like an orange and vanilla ice cream bar from my childhood. The clerk was very friendly and patient while we made our selections. They have big benches, the place is spotless and there's ample parking.
I will definitely be back soon and I highly recommend you visit!!“

“Excellent lobster roll. All knuckle and claw meat lightly tossed in mayo with a bit of celery in a delicious fluffy bun. Fairly priced considering the cost of lobster $32.

The grilled cheese for my daughter was also great. And my iced coffee too!“
