This is for sure my new favorite breakfast/lunch spot. The union market came highly recommended by my boyfriend's sister so we made it our business to give it a try during our most recent LBI weekend. I will go out of my way and accept inconvenient work assignments to be near Union Market. Sometimes my husband joins me on emergency calls just so he can get a waldorf chicken salad after. We love how they are invested in the art and history of their community. They pair that passion with really thoughtful, whimsical, delicious yums for every pallet and craving. This is my third visit and they were gracious enough to open for our book club meeting. Food is always exceptional, staff and service is awesome and it’s a cool atmosphere. Eager to see if I can get some of my art in there. But I will be back and will absolutely recommend!
