“I tried a quick lunch at Surf Tacos in Manasquan. Cool place, clean with a beachy vibe and interior. Service was prompt, which is always good. I ordered the $15 plate with 2 tacos, chips, beans, rice, and a drink that is a substantial meal. Opted for a Mahi and a Surf (breaded cod) taco to mix it up. They have a nice salsa bar, and I tried a little of them all. Drink offers soda or a tea dispenser.
The Cod taco was heavily breaded and not very tasty. Salsa helped. The Mahi was blackened and offered plenty of taste. I'd order it again.
Overall, I was pleased with this taco combo as a lunch option. Service and restaurant were nice, I'll visit again.“

“LOVE this place! My favorite is the vanilla shake that literally takes like your drinking a vanilla shake, but has all healthy good stuff in it! The vibe is welcoming and warm, and the staff is great! It’s my go to place after yoga or a run.“

“We visited the juice Basin on a trip to Asbury Park. The smoothies were amazing, service was friendly and helpful. It was a hot day and a long walk to get there. Was able to stay as long as we wanted too, to cool down. Very Much appreciated!!! It was a long walk from the beach, but was worth the trip.“

“Stopped in this weekend for one of their seasonal specials. Was totally different than anything I’ve ever had. Very interesting combo of flavors that somehow worked fantastic together. They have a cute little store set up for while you’re waiting. Smoothie came out in about five minutes.“
“Grub hub ordered three sandwiches today, along with their side of sweet potatoes and kale/apple salad. Even with delivery, the food was fresh and absolutely wonderful! We will definitely order again.“

“Salad was great, however it had a lot of black beans ~ more than ever in previous orders. The beef Krunch wrap was tasty. The downside was the grease leaked through the bag on the 10 minute drive. The staff present on our visit was attentive and professional.“

“I'm so sad it took me so long go get on the Playabowl train, bc yikes! I have been missing out! but I'm on now...& I dont wona get off! Every bowl is exceptional w/ high quality ingredients that I can tailor make exactly how I want! Plus I feel good about eating! Mentally & physically. No longer do I get that narcoleptic-food coma sluggish, guilty feeling if I polish off a Playabowl. Happy extras include a rewards program, delivery, bday extras & seasonal promos, etc.“
