I was in awe of its beauty and perfection. Perfectly toasted bagel, creamy cashew cheese, tender and smoky coconut bacon, and a runny scrambled vegan egg. Whoever hand crafted this sandwich was an artist, a visionary, a seer. As I gazed upon what felt like the secret to the universe, I realized even the onions were placed in a sacred geometrical pattern. The tomato perfectly centered. I stopped to consider the beauty of a meal so expertly crafted. These ingredients were pure, whole, minimally processed, if barely at all. “I love this place! I wish they were open earlier so I could get a juice to take to work every morning. The prices really can’t be beat and it’s so close to me. I’ve had their juices, açaí bowls, breakfast wrap and blended bowls. Everything has been really fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and helpful too, which is huge. My new favorite “

“The young ladies at the Howell Playa Bowl location, are so sweet. They are welcoming, efficient and pleasant. Sometimes you go into places like this and the young girls are miserable. Not at this location; my daughters say the exact same thing! And they go at all different times. I'm so glad a Playa Bowl opened up in our neighborhood!“

“Googled a nearby place for a smoothie after a workout. I brought my family here and it was very delicious and a great conversation with Vince-the owner. He opened the smoothie place next to his wings spot to support his local community and charities. On the menu with items listed in red are items that one dollar is given to different charities like Autism awareness. I watched him make the smoothies from scratch and they were delicious. My kids enjoyed the Philadelphia water ice. Next time I will try the salads.“

“bowls are always well crafted in my experience, and substitutions are always accommodated. service is usually impressively fast, especially if you go during a lull. i love making substitutions and customizing my bowls, and they always listen!“

“I have only had açaí/pitaya/dragon bowls here but I’m a big fan. I’ve been to other establishments and chains and this is by far the freshest and most appetizing. The quality shines though. The fruit toppings are cut small and are fresh . I wouldn’t say you’re welcomed with exuberance when you walk in but it’s not a bad vibe either. Maybe it could be better , but it’s like going to a doctor with great expertise and nice enough bedside manner. U don’t switch for that.“

“The very first time I came here, I got the chipotle chicken wrap, and I literally had to call them back and tell them how that was the best wrap I’ve ever eaten. Everything is a 10/10. Super nice staff who make you feel comfortable and the service is so fast, even when they look busy. Inside is nice and clean and the prices are very normal.
