We went to the chegg many years ago, a few times, and we weren't really impressed. However, just recently we went to the chegg out in marlton and we had such a great meal that we decided to give the one on the island another shot. So glad we did. We had the best swings that we probably ever had in our life and everything else was really enjoyable. Would definitely take the time to head out there again

We had been meaning to try this place for quite some time. While we were out for a ride on Monday morning, I suggested that we give it a try. It was really cute inside and not too busy. I ordered the avocado toast with two scrambled eggs and he had a sandwich with pork roll, egg, sausage, bacon and cheese. Our food came out rather quickly, and definitely did not disappoint. My avocado toast was perfect! It was on a whole grain bread with not too much avocado, and the scrambled eggs were just right. It was so good. The sandwich was HUGE! It was pork roll, egg, sausage, bacon and cheese. Definitely hard to get your mouth around, but really tasty. Our server was attentive and made sure to refill our coffee and water. We would definitely recommend visiting the Chicken and the Egg. It is well worth it! We will definitely come back.

We were sat in the new room...wayyyy too bright lighting..no charm...stick to the old room unless u can get Sam as your waitress...she's the BEST!!! Attentive, lovely, professional. Wings rocked we went fairly high on the heat scale...u need napkins a plenty!! BYOB

Food is great! Staff is amazing & the atmosphere is such a vibe! Wings are good, nachos are incredible, the Reuben I ordered was not so good, I should have stuck with my usual crabcake ! Bathrooms were dirty ..other thank that it’s a fun place to try !

Tried to have a fifth person join, my friend’s husband, and denied him to sit with us. Hostess was a rude teenager.
