The Windmill Belgian Waffles & Ice Cream

We went on a very busy night and the staff was working hard. We got two ice cream cones: 1 sherbert and 1 choco taco ice cream flavor! Both were very good. I have been here in the past and loved their belgian waffle ice cream sundaes as well

He got chocolate peanut butter and I got chocoholic and strawberry ??? yummy delicious and generous portions! Will def be back

Ice cream itself was good. However the lady that took my order had been complaining to customers about scooping icecream. She was blatantly rude. I walked away to give my brother his icecream and she started complaining to customers that “she walked away just like they always do” I work at a icecream place and if we were to ever speak like this to customers we would get introuble

I’m stingy with stars…not here. Waffle with coconut/cinnamon ice cream, the works. Embarrassed that I ate it all and happy nobody there knew me. An amazing experience and so glad I stumbled onto this.

The ice cream is decent BUT the service is really bad. We bought ice cream for our 3 kids ($20ish dollars). My daughter ordered the cookie ice cream and it came bright blue with not a single cookie chunk. Didn’t taste great. If it was even decent, she would have ate it (she literally eats everything!), but it was really not good. When I so politely told them she didn’t like it (hoping either we could get a new kind or a discount on a new one), the staff was so rude! Immediately telling me it was my fault because I didn’t ask for a sample. The manager came out and said “do you want to purchase a new one or not?” I ended up paying for a full replacement - which honestly would have been ok from the beginning if their response was kind instead of defensive and accusatory. I have never had treatment like that from an ice real shop. There are so many choices for ice cream on the island - from now on, we’ll choose one with kind workers that appreciate the business.

We interacted with 3 team members. The first was terrific. The second and third team members were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After we received our order of three bowls of ice cream we realized that one bowl didn’t actually appear to have any cookie in it. After jumping back in line to ask for a replacement or discount on another. The young lady behind the counter was immediately unhelpful and rude. I used to work in customer service and the first thing you learn is to listen to the customer and be nice. The staff definitely needs to be trained on basic guest service.

Amazing Ice cream and staff is very fun and energetic. The waffle ice cream is a must try.

Good ice cream and a nice outdoor environment. I would skip the hot fudge though - quickly gets hard and chewy.

Got a coffee milkshake and a Oreo milk shake both were very tastey!
