We went on a very busy night and the staff was working hard. We got two ice cream cones: 1 sherbert and 1 choco taco ice cream flavor! Both were very good. I have been here in the past and loved their belgian waffle ice cream sundaes as well
I’m stingy with stars…not here. Waffle with coconut/cinnamon ice cream, the works. Embarrassed that I ate it all and happy nobody there knew me. An amazing experience and so glad I stumbled onto this.
The employees really need to be trained in customer service. The ice cream is decent BUT the service is HORRIBLE. We bought ice cream for our 3 kids ($20ish dollars). My daughter ordered the cookie ice cream and it came bright blue with not a single cookie chunk. Didn’t taste great. If it was even decent, she would have ate it (she literally eats anything), but it was really not good. When I so politely told them she didn’t like it (hoping either we could get a new kind or...
