Delicious homemade cream with interesting unique flavors. We were there on a weekend afternoon, short line, very nice server. Generous servings of tasty, creamy ice cream. Small parking lot, inside and outside tables.

A friend and I ordered chocolate milkshakes. They were decent I suppose but not even halfway through the shake I had extreme stomach pain as did my friend. Ruined my whole night.

WooHoo has an electronic ice cream flavor menu that you would think is easy to update. After I ordered and waited a minute or two, I was told “we are out of that flavor”, I ordered a second flavor choice, also listed on the electronic menu. After again waiting, I was told “we are out of that flavor” . My third selection was available, and I watched as the server had quite a difficult time adding the second scoop to my two scoop cone order. The second scoop kept falling off. After a few more attempts, the server was able to balance the second scoop, but as she lifted up the cone from the ice cream tub area, the second scoop fell off and I was served, with a shrug, that I interpreted as “that was the best I could do”. I was charged for two scoops and served a cone with ultimately less ice cream than what was on my wife’s single scoop cone. It’s not about the price, it is all about service. After tasting the ice cream, my assumption is that due to a very “icy” texture on what should have been a creamy ice cream texture, it was quite challenging to get the two scoops to stick together. So who was at fault….the person who made the batch of ice cream? The server? Both. As a member of a family who has lived on LBI for 5 generations, I understand the difficulty getting Summer help, and never set the bar high in anticipation of great Summer LBI service, but I think WooHoo should try a little harder.

My spouse is severely allergic to eggs and we double checked with the manager to make sure she could have the vegan ice cream and allergy safe brownie. She ended up getting a severe allergic reaction.Not an allergy friendly location!

If anyone gives this place less than 5 stars they have no idea what delicious homemade ice cream tastes like. Hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Quality ingredients made to perfection!
Been going there for years since the frosted mug closed and they're great but, summer 2024 they seem to not offer any food except ice cream on the menu which makes no sense to me after years of great food and being one of the only fastfood places on the island. Was very convenient to walk to the woohoo from most of the hotels in the area and always seemed super busy at dinner time. I'm just saddened to see that after coming to LBI for so long.
