Classic breakfast (and lunch) spot in Beach Haven. We went off season and it was still buzzing by 9am. Huge menu of selections; omelettes, eggs Benedict, eggs, pancakes, waffles, many kinds of each and then there’s the specials. So much to choose from.
The food is all made fresh, with generous portions. The staff is friendly and prompt.
Highly recommended for traditional eggs, coffee, pancakes, breakfast in general.

They got us in relatively quickly after a large group of ppl ahead of us all got sat after they turned the dining room. The food came out really quick and tasted fresh! Had the Bunkhouse Breakfast and felt it was a large amount of good at great value. The staff is also great with kids, so families definitely are welcome and feel right at home.

We have been coming to LBI for over 30 years and never made it a point to get to Uncle Will's but we finally did this past week! Great atmosphere and we were seated right away. Server was very prompt and orders came out right away. The owner or manager was awesome. She was very friendly and funny and seemed to keep things running smoothly. I ordered the peach pancakes but was very disapointed to see that the peaches were just thrown on top of the pancakes and they weren't baked in. The pancakes themselves though were very good.

Had an amazing takeout breakfast from Uncle will's but just from picking up to go I could tell the atmosphere inside was great. Busy for breakfast on a Monday, servers working quick to turn the tables and keep people fed, and the best part the food. Amazing breakfast quesadilla fed two.of us, the fruit side was remarkably fresh!
Update went back for the pancakes they were incredible and huge! Chocolate chip banana!

They are amazing. I failed to realize they close at 1pm and arrived at 1255. They were so nice and still let us stay for lunch. Service was so quick and prices are family friendly. We will definitely be back!!!
Best breakfast on LBI! My entire experience was amazing. The line was (deservedly) long, but we called ahead and were seated within fifteen minutes of our arrival. The service was prompt, friendly, and 100% accurate despite the restaurant’s being completely packed. And the food was delicious!! Everything was amazing! Can’t say enough great things about my fabulous dining experience in this seamlessly run restaurant with tasty food. Congratulations to the owners and hard-working crew for doing such an amazing job!!!

Uncle Will’s is a charming spot with delicious breakfast and friendly service—definitely a Beach Haven favorite. The pancakes and eggs are always on point, and the quirky pig-themed decor adds a fun touch. Just a heads-up: it can feel a bit tight and crowded during peak hours, so plan accordingly if you’re not a fan of close quarters. Still worth the visit!

The food was good! Had to wait 25 minutes longer than what our original reservation wait time was! After an hour and half wait, I was able to order my breakfast. Kind of crowded, small- workers running around trying not to hit others. But almost the chaos, employees were friendly, helpful and smiling.
