Simply a great hot dog stand. Chili is on the money. Reminds me of a Jersey City stand called Pete’s. Worth the stop! Friendly staff..

Finally got around to trying this community favorite. Largely disappointed. Doesn't come close to the Doo Wop Dog in Bayville. Anyone who enjoys this has no taste buds and would sooner eat anything and call it great. Perhaps Der Wunder Weiner should stop harassing Doo Wop Dog by calling town Health Inspector in order to try to get her shut down. Totally unprofessional and Richard move. FYI, God doesn't like ugly and hope everyone knows what type of people you are harassing your competition.

It used to be better sausage was very dried out. French fries used be be super crisp not as much now... Bread is way to big (thick) for Italian sausage sandwich oh And The onions weren't even soft they were almost raw when the used to be sauteed??sautéed??? Very Disappointed at 20bucks for 2...put some effort in 🙏 please...pride and quality is what I remember...

I stopped here today after making my deliveries down the street about 2 blocks east of the stand..I need to grab some food and establish my next move..both ladies in the building were great and the food was excellent..the onion rings were fantastic..everything was hot and fresh!! Thanks for a great lunch ladies..ill stop again when im in the area..Albert.

The hot dog had a nice pop when biting into it, the onion sauce was amazing, just the right amount of spice that wasn't over powering. The mozzarella sticks have that nice light flaky breading not that heavy breading. Onion rings as well were the BEST breading. Staff always in high spirits and accommodating. Have to say the hot dogs are best the way they do it, never dried out and wrinkly, always a nice fresh popping sound with that first bite.

A roadside joint reminiscent of decades ago. Meaning very good & simple food, at fair prices, served by friendly people. The onion rings were excellent, and the mustard on my hot dogs was amazingly good (as well as the dogs themselves). Topped it off with a birch beer, and I was back in 1970 as a kid again! Loved this place and will be back.

Absolute gem. Staff are nice and friendly. The food is great. I ordered a hot dog with mustard, sauerkraut and onion sauce; hot dog with chili, cheese sauce and raw onion; hot dog with ketchup and mustard; kielbasa sandwich with sauerkraut and mustard; birch beer and a coke. The total was only $20. Everything was delicious. The chili tasted homemade. The hotdogs have a nice snap. Kielbasa had a nice smoke taste to it. Bread for the sandwich was great.
First time here and absolutely amazing food and service. I got the keibasi pocket super yummy and my husband the hotdogs. What good food should taste like
