Miis Mindy's is our favorite ice cream shop in NJ. It's owner/ family operated by an owner and family that cares! They have a bunch of delicious flavors that are constantly changing and vegan and gluten free options in both hard ice cream and soft serve. I'm not sure what percentage are homemade but many of the flavors are made by miss Mindy herself! Great tasting ice cream especially the lavender honey which is superb. Definitely some high quality made ice cream and a great small family business. My favorite local ice cream spot, it's a must try if you're ever craving ice cream this is the spot.
