Dunkin' is a popular spot, with some employees standing out for their exceptional customer service. Shelly and her mom Beth, who work nights, go above and beyond to make customers feel valued and important. However, not all staff members have the same level of enthusiasm and friendliness. The restaurant offers a range of menu items, including med ice coffee, hot coffee, wake-up wraps, and sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. Despite some occasional mistakes with orders, the staff is generally helpful and accommodating. Overall, this Dunkin' location is highly recommended for its friendly and attentive staff, delicious drinks, and excellent customer service.
