“Great coffee shop! Everything is organic in the shop. Love their cold brew Shandy, which you can customize with their various organic syrups throughout the entire year. Also their bacon breakfast sandwich and large crumble cookies (they have four or five different kinds) are to die for. And their organic lemonade is also awesome! And the barista’s know their stuff. I also like their grab and go organic sandwiches.“

“Cool electic vibes. Busy but cozy as well. I randomly was in the area and was looking for a quick latte before a meeting. This was 4 minutes away, really glad I went. Will go back again, I tried nootropic latte. It's got a cool clever twist with emphasis on neuro/ nootropic/ well being mixins.“

“Good food, cute place and very good staff - empanadas were delicious but highly recommend to have a mini empanadas in the menu, also some sauce that is not mayonnaise based - like could be only cilantro with some lemon. The paninis were great.

“Great breakfast spot! Staff is super friendly and the food's always fresh - loved the bagels and huge selection of cream cheese and drinks. Omelette was fantastic too. Plus, prices are really reasonable. Solid spot to start your day 👍“

“DD is my go to. The coffee and food is always above par. Prices? Well everything is pricey these days. The difference has to do with the staff, the upkeep of the place and the convenience. The parking was ok, lack of drive thru, facilities were up to snuff. The staff was lacking, not disrespectful nor helpful but just there.“

“Great drinks and honestly 10/10 customer service. Everything tasted fresh and was definitely worth the money. One of the workers, Vineet was super helpful and made great recommendations. You can tell the staff actually cares about the customers here.“

“I stopped for the Happy Hour Latte Special. The woman who waited on me (Shift Leader, I think) was friendly, professional, and polite. She made sure my drink was made to order, even though it was on sale. We enjoyed friendly chat about the impending weather, and all was good! 🙂“

“Outstanding Experience at Dunkin’ Donuts!
I always have a fantastic experience at Dunkin’ Donuts, thanks to the exceptional service and cleanliness of the store. Every time I visit, I am greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff: Raju Kaka, Ahmed, Kaylee, Swapna, and Raseena. They are not just employees; they are true well-wishers who make every visit special.

The store is always clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Whether I'm ordering my favorite French Cruller, a fresh cup of coffee, delicious bagels, or any of their scrumptious donuts, I am never disappointed. The food is consistently delicious and satisfying.
The service is quick and efficient, ensuring that I never have to wait long for my order. The customer service is top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist and respond to any requests promptly. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers.

“Love the staff here! They are great!!“

“Great coffee & great service 👍🏻“

“Fantastic fresh juices and smoothies, made right in front of you! It’s awesome to have a place like this in Somerville, and the owner Dorcas was so friendly and helpful as well. The only slight downside for me was that the prices are a tad high for my liking, $6-$8 for most drinks, but it’s understandable given the product and location. They are also going to be opening a salad bar soon, and I am excited to continue to support Vita Centro in the future!“

“I love going to this Starbucks! I see people I’m friends with every time I go there. They always go the extra mile to make sure my order is exactly the way I want it! I have come to know the barista John. He always has a smile on his face and inquires on how I’m doing while making my order! It reminds me of the old school coffee shops where everyone knows you and you feel at home there.“

“EVERYTHING is delicious here. The cornbread is out of this world, the specials are always local and fresh and healthy. So many snack options and drink options, though if the matcha lemonade is available do yourself a favor and get it while you stroll by the native plant meadow and enjoy some cool birds. Love a place that genuinely supports local farms too- even local grains! Also everyone who works there is so nice even when after allllll the fun specials on the menu, you just want a good old hotdog -which they also have and are delish.“

“Delicious protein shakes and super friendly customer service!“

“This store is the best! I love every staff member and they are all welcoming every time I go there! Keep up the outstanding work. Please don’t get discouraged by reading the bad reviews, go and visit! “Be a Light and Be Awesome on Purpose”“

“I regularly pass a closer DD to go to this one. The customer service is their strength. They make friendly conversation with lots of their regulars including me. Every now & again I'll get a cold dark roast but they always correct the issue like any customer oriented establishment. I recommend this Dunkin.“

“>>Service with a smile is service worthwhile!<<

We had no trouble feeling welcomed at this Dunkin! They smiled and added to the conversation as we made our quirky comments and were very polite to us as we ordered. They were not annoyed at our shine. They appreciated its brightness! You don't see that very often! So, these people here are diamonds in the roughs of Jersey! Please take the time to schedule coming here! They have a drive-thru and the best, most pleasant drive-thru voice me and my fiancé have ever heard! Can't wait to get back here! Give these guys a try!“

“I came here with friends on Saturday. It is really a cute & cozy place in the mall.“
