Response after speaking with the owner:
I received a phone call from the New Owners and the gentleman was very nice and apologetic. I have returned to the store and so far so good. Christian especially has gone beyond what I consider excellent customer service. This young man I see nothing but success in which ever career he chooses in his life. The owners are very fortunate to have an employee like Christian. He definitely is management material....
