Enjoyed the NY strip. But forgot to ask if they use sous vide method in preparation. It seemed so, less than a 1/16" between the outer char and the red meat. It was actually perfect!

Great experience on a Saturday night. Tables were full so overall noise level at start was a bit loud, as to be expected. Reservation honored at time of arrival and immediately taken to table. Waiter soon followed. Service was very attentive. Food was very good and presented well. Always good for a special occasion.

The service is very good, the food even better but I think the best thing was the atmosphere. The room is arranged to minimize noise and the dual fireplaces added a level of warmth yet sophistication. The barramundi was one of the best prepared fishes I have had. The selections of wine is exceptional.
