Blessing Chinese Restaurant

No pick up order?! Really but you people want me to order more than what I want so I can get it delivered?! Nice. Been ordering from here since they've open smh

Very rude staff and the restaurant is dirty probably one of the worse Chinese places in New Jersey.

I Ordered food for my son , I’ve paid with debit card including the tip , , they forgot about us , the food was never delivered , called many times , no answer , the next day I call back again , they pick up the phone right away , they were very rude they said my order was canceled and I asked why ?? No explanations, I guess was too late the night I’ve placed the order so they decided to cancel , but at least they should call me and let me know , since the food was paid , but very nusty people , cero customer service, I ask for my money they say it will take between 3 to 5 day , cheap MF !!!! Horrible people

I have been ordering from this place since 2019. My family really enjoys the food but the delivery service is something to be desired. The delivery drivers always seem to have an attitude. I always tipped 20 to 25% on each order I overlooked the delivery service because the food is good. But I won't ordering from them again.Today I placed an order on Beyond Menu for some chicken wings, house fried rice a soup and a 2 liter soda ginger ale. But instead the driver brought me a two 16.9 Oz bottles of ginger ale. I would have appreciated the restaurant calling me and giving me the option to change the soda for a another 2 liter option. That did not bother me. But what did bother me was the attitude from the driver. He was very combative, and his response was that the two bottles summed up to five bucks and the 2L soda was three dollars. I did not appreciate that. I have always taken care of them by giving them a good tip. I called the restaurant about the issue but also to tell them I want order from them again! I would rather spend my money somewhere else. ✌️

I placed my order at 12:45, called 4 times n was told the driver said he will be there in 5 minutes. 21/2 hours later the driver came n said they just made it and gave it to him. They kept lying n lying, well I will never order from them again, n by the way that order was $92.00

I order my food at work and was told 25-35 mins..my job is .3 miles from this place and it took 1hr 20 mins to get my food all the manager would say is he apologize and he's on his way..food was cold the French fries look old and taste

4-26-23. Blessing used to be awesome. I ordered today, over an hour wait for delivery. The Orange Chicken which I have ordered over 100 times in my life from here and many different Chinese restaurants. This was by far the most disgusting, worst Orange Chicken I have ever had. It was mush. It was like there was no chicken in the flour. It was Un-eatable. The Shrimp Mei fun was taste-less. Finally the crab Rangoon’s were different than normal. All shell , little cheese inside, though what was in the shell was ok.
But overall. I will NOT be ordering from here ever again.
Long wait and the orange chicken was actually disgusting.
So disappointed with Blessing. Must be new cooks or owners or something, because it used to be great.

DONT DO DELIVERY - JUST PICK IT UP.I ordered the food via Beyond Menu at 6:26 PM, which said it would arrive at 6:57 PM. At 6:28 PM, I got a call; they asked what rice I wanted with one of the menus that I ordered.At 7:05PM, food was not here. I called the place, and he said he'd check and asked me to call back. At 7:30 PM, I called again, and please note the place is just 5 mins drive from my house. Again, he said the delivery man was coming. I told him if the delivery man hasn't gone yet, I will come to the store to pick it up. But he assured me that the driver is just 2 mins away.LONG STORY SHORT - the food was delivered at 7:57 PM TO MY NEIGHBOR! The food was lukewarm and the fried wonton I ordered was already stale and cold.

AWFUL SERVICE!!! Had me wait almost 2 hrs. The worst part is they kept telling me that they were 5 mins away every half hour. Awful service, then they would laugh when speaking in their language. Needless to say, I decline the order when it arrived and went to the store for my refund. Terrible service when I arrived their too. One person there like it was a front. They DO NOT CARE. Don’t be fooled by the name ??‍♀️

Ordered using Beyond Menu app. 2 hours and 15 minutes later my food arrived. They wouldn't cancel or refund my credit card. Received 5 different phone calls saying they were on there way. Absolutely disgusting. This place should be condemned. Food horrible, service atrocious. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but this hell hole

OMG!!! Food came in clean packinging, not cheap styerfoam stapled a thousand times, all packaging wasn't leaking sauces or food. Rice was whole grain rice, spare ribs were ample size. Everything ordered was made to my instructions. I've eaten chinese food from many local resturants but they don't compair to this resturant!! They even deliver themselves, forget about costly delivery fees from delivery sources. Try them once if you want good chinese food, clean packging & food that's increadily great!!!!!!!!
