Based on the reviews, JK's Boathouse Food & Spirits is a best, hidden spot in Belleville with a great crowd and fantastic atmosphere for a late lunch, happy hour, or a great place just to relax with friends. The atmosphere is lively and the drinks quickly flowed with no waiting for service, thanks to excellent, funny, skilled bartenders. The owners are a lovely couple. Specific meals include authentic pierogies, Teryaki chicken wings that were the bomb, Rocky's homemade mac and cheese w/ steak, Matt's late night quesadilla, perfect wings, beer battered shrimp, and perfect sliders. The atmosphere makes guests feel like part of the family. Themed bingo on Wednesday, karaoke on Thursday, and football eats on Sunday are offered. The restaurant has an open kitchen concept. Wheelchair accessibility is available from the back entrance from the parking lot, no stairs.
