“I had such a great experience at Columbia BBQ Restaurant & Bar! I stopped in during my lunch break and everything was absolutely delicious.

I ordered the shrimp in garlic sauce, which was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. It came with yellow rice, pinto beans, and fresh avocado, and the whole plate was seasoned just right — comforting, filling, and fresh. I also had a passion fruit margarita with sugar on the rim, and it was AMAZING — sweet, tropical, and super refreshing.

My friend had the beef steak with onions, also served with yellow rice, pinto beans, and avocado, and he loved it. The steak was tender and well-seasoned. He paired it with a gin and tonic, which was made perfectly.

What really made the visit special was the owner, who personally served us. She was so friendly and attentive, and you could tell she really cares about her customers and the food.

“I have been going to Sonoma almost weekly for over a year now. It started off with taco Thursdays and their delicious margarita specials and has now turned into exploring every menu item possible. I am consistently impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Incredibly delicious every single time. I am gluten intolerant which can pose challenges. The kitchen and staff have been amazing In accommodating my food allergy. I highly recommend Sonoma on any day of the week. It very quickly became my favorite go-to restaurants.“

“Let’s start with the positives, no issues getting a seat, the waitstaff was attentive, and everything was fast and easy. The DJ was fire, the vibes were good, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. The wings were surprisingly mid, and the disco fries were undercooked and somehow burnt on the edges at the same time so maybe it was put in an oven. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I let it go. The food is definitely overpriced, but I’d still come back to watch a game and hang out and even eat since I’d already be there. The hours are also a big plus.“

“I'm a simple man. I saw a burger, beer, and shot happy hour for $10 and went running. I was expecting a little burger for the price but it was a solid tasty one. An added plus is the good selection of craft beer on draft. The bartender Stefany was very welcoming and hooked me up with an unconventional old fashion that hit the spot paired with the burger.

I thought this place was just the bar but I discovered there's another room with a pool table. I'll definitely back for that and the dart board.“

“I had a private event in the Parlor Room and it was fabulous. Food and drinks were spot on and the service was dynamite. There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. I really love the unique atmosphere of the place -warm, classy and comfortable all at once. No boring old chain restaurant vibes here. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely host future events here.“

“Stopped in for an appetizer and a beer before heading home for the day. We arrived after they opened at 4 and there were a few people already there. The bartender was super friendly. We ordered some local beers (good variety on tap) $10 a beer, and an order of the bang bang shrimp. I am still thinking about them.....for $18 there was a good amount of shrimp, the sauce was perfect and the crispiness of the shrimp was the best I have ever had. We will definitely be back for the shrimp and will stay for dinner this time. They have two floors of outdoor seating as well which is blocked from the main road.“

“I met a couple of my old coworkers there December 20th after 4 years. I wanted to go to a highly rated family-run place and this establishment didn't disappoint. The burgers, meatloaf and pita wraps were excellent. The owner Vinnie greeted us and seated us, then came by to chat with us. The server was attentive and seemed to like her job. About a 15 - 20 minute walk from the Harrison PATH station. I will be making future visits there with old collegues.“

“Solid sports bar with good wings. We ordered three traditional wing flavors: buffalo, O'Hara's special sweet and spicy, and parmesan garlic. The O'Hara special flavor was by far the favorite of the group. I would not order the artichoke dip again as it was quite watery and tasted about the same as a frozen option from the grocery store. Although they have a great beer menu I was disappointed that my two preferred beers were unavailable to order (Blue Moon and cold snap). All things considered, I'd come back for the wings and the sports bar atmosphere.“

Our bartender, Francesca was also a vibe & makes the best cosmos I’ve ever had…I definitely recommend the Thai chili wings. They were amazing the crispy chicken tacos also looked good. I would rate the food 10 out of 10 the drinks 10 out of 10 the customer service 10 out of 10. It’s definitely a must if you haven’t come down to the hive, I promise you will not regret. It’s a whole vibe definitely gonna see me again.“

“Great little bar near the PATH Station in Harrison. Located in the rear side of the Element Hotel on Somerset Street. Very nice atmosphere, friendly crowd and very friendly service. Reasonably priced drinks and if you like there is some seating outside the bar when the weather cooperates. I found it a nice place to stop and have a drink or two. I’d recommend stopping in when you’re in the area. A nice addition to the newly renovated, and ongoing, Harrison Station area.“

“Frenchy's is such a fun, pleasant dive with bar food and drinks. Often they have music that is played so loud that you can't talk. Parking can be a problem. Small lot and street parking. Oh, and part of the movie The Wrestler with Micky Rourke was filmed there.“

“I highly recommend Beckett’s for many reasons! The drinks and service were great and really admire the ownership and any management. I hosted a private event for my birthday and everyone had a fantastic time and my experience was so positive from the planning to end. I filled out an interest form initially and Noel called me in the same day and provided all details I needed. He was also very flexible when it came to coordination of attendees and food/drink options really making it a stress free organization. During the event we had Grace as our bartender and she was fantastic and helped with everything upon setup and flexibility for the night. The drinks were great and were able to make this a special night. I will definitely be going back here to support Beckett’s and recommend it for anyone who plans to host an event and wants a stress free and fun experience. Thank you Noel & Beckett’s!“
