Extra cheese when I order for extra cheese bread was really hard cheesy bread was not good with Old Dough, I gave them so many chance to correct it this is my final time, Dominos Pizza should review with the Store quality and employee behaviour

DO NOT GO HERE!! You will Regret it!!This is the worst pizza place I ever been to. Specifically the one in Belleville on Washington Avenue. First off, The customer service is absolutely horrible and no way professional. I was simply getting my son a small pizza. The cashier was very rude and nasty with an attitude problem!!! There were seven workers that were there but for some reason it took them 15 mins just to put the pizza in with no other pizza cooking.The pizza wasn’t even good.I would’ve gave this place zero stars, but that’s not an option. This place is 🤮

I placed an order for delivery. I paid a delivery fee and added additional tip for the order to arrive and the driver refuse to complete the delivery to my apartment. In my delivery instructions I wrote what apartment it will need to be delivered to and the driver still refused to come inside the building. I never received my order and they proceeded to put the order was delivered. Totally unprofessional from the delivery driver and assistant manager Mariann to treat their customers this way.

Its ok but needs a lot of improvement. Today, my order was mistakenly given to someone else so they remade the pizza. They put like 7-8 pieces of mushroom on a large pizza. Barely any sauce. The personnel said they will fix it next time, but unfortunately, I will not be coming here again coz of this. Ordered earlier as well same issue with very low toppings.

I called this store to ask if they were delivering, and the lady on the phone told me no. I explained that we’ve had delivery from them before, especially since the store is only 8 minutes away, but she still denied me delivery service. It was disappointing and frustrating, especially since we’ve been able to get delivery from this location in the past

DO NOT come to this place, I spoke with Ebrihim, Mike (manager) and Ritika (assistant manager) and another female employee none who were of help! Horrible staff and customer service! I ordered 2 pan pizzas for delivery last night 10/28 and they were both under cooked and raw dough! I even went back to the store with the pizza on the same night to be refunded and the employees lied and said they weren’t able to refund me because they didn’t have access to make a refund.. when I was told by multiple dominos stores in the area that confirmed they are able to do a refund same day by voiding and canceling the order not just a manager! They told me to come back the next day or call when the manager would be in for the refund, in which the manager stated that only a store credit or call to the bank to dispute the charge will be the only solution. I called back again and asked for a credit instead of calling my bank and the manager refused to now give a credit and accused us of lying in order to get free pizza. I am a repeated customer who spends their money and tips their employees at this store numerous times to now be accused of trying to get a free pizza for their mistake especially when we even brought back the pizza to the store. It’s disgusting how they treat reoccurring customers.

Avoid this place at all cost, there was hair my in pizza and I heard they don’t wear gloves, the drivers are rude and hate their job so they will take it out on you. They forgot an item so when my girl called them the disgusting lady over the phone had the audacity to curse at my girl over the phone. And yes, I experienced all this in ONE order. Never again. Everyone should report this place I will be talking to the higher ups in Dominos because this is ridiculous.
