I only go to this McDonald’s cuz it’s walking distance of me but if I could go to another one I would. They consistently mess up, forget simple things like utensils, sauces, cups, etc. then you have to stand at the counter for 15 minutes because the employees will pass by and pretend not to see you. They’ll legit make eye contact with you and not help you. I try to be nice bc I work in food service and it sucks but like bro. Why am I standing there...

Been coming to this location since I moved to NJ. I’ve always had a positive experience. I really want to highlight the honesty of the staff. I left my purse there didn’t realize to the next morning. They put my purse in the office once it was found and everything was inside, including my air pods. Gotta give them 5 stars for always providing great customer service

Great atmosphere. Decent experience but the service sucks.
They put so much priority on doordash and Uber that they have the walk ins waiting waiting just to be served and take our orders.
DO BETTER. We walk ins have just as much to be served on as anyone else.
