Stopped early on Saturday nice and quiet. Ordered papaya salad, it arrived looking beautiful and it was nicely seasoned. A very good rendition. The Tom Kha soup had a nice Piquant flavor. Could have used more ingredients and the broth was a little thin but tasty..
I hardly write reviews but we enjoyed our food so much I felt so compelled so praise this place.
Perfect place with a simple menu - everything we had was amazing, authentic, and flavorful. We had the Tom Yum soup, Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodle), and their special PingYang Chicken alongside some Thai Iced Tea. Service was quick, all the dishes were delicious, and I already can’t wait to come back and try other things on the menu.

Have ordered from PingYang a number of times and have always been delighted with the serving size and taste. I would say their flavors and cook, whether it be red curry, pad thai, rolls, satay, eggplant, iced tea is very comparable to my favorite NYC spots or better. Glad I found a spot in NJ that is reliable and high quality.
